HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! I am not exaggerating. I had an appointment with Dr. Berez at 2:15pm. I arrived early by 2pm and filled out papers and paid my co-pay. I waited and waited until 4pm for the nurse to call me back to a room. From that room I waited for another 20 minutes before I decided to cancel the appointment and get my $15 copay refunded. They told me I could get the refund but because I paid with a debit card, the refund would have to go through with another office. To date, I have not received my refund. I have been calling both offices and no refund. Its not the $15 that the big deal...its the principle. I dont think this office should profit for doing nothing for me but have me wait. My time was wasted and Im not happy about that.

Nothing I liked about that Dr. He is rude,bedside manner is horrible.I waited for a long time.I left that office in tears and made a complaint to the Inurance Company. This is my 2nd complaint.Never been treated so badly! !!
