Extremely dissatisfied with the reception staff. I have no experience with the Doctor, just the staff on the phone. Im was a prospective new patient. I called 2 weeks ago to make my first appointment. My appointment was for today at 5:30pm. Was told Id get a call back with the details on an estimate about how much Id owe. No callback so I called them to follow up. The first person I spoke to had no record of me in the system. Things happen, so no worries. We proceeded to enter me in the system and set my appointment for 5:30 today again. Reentered all my benefits info and was told Id get a call back in 15 mins to give me an estimate. 30 mins go by and they call me back. They are on the phone with the insurance company and should have an estimate for me soon. I asked her to confirm my info and she said she forgot to write down my last name and had written my insurance info wrong. During the multiple call backs and follow up I spoke to 3 people. Lots of noise in the background and at one point the woman shouted something like she was surprised or tickled or something. I called back today to confirm, spoke to one guy who couldnt find me in the system. Had to spell my first name Mark multiple times for him for what seemed like a language barrier. Lots of noise in the background. Got put on hold again and finally just canceled the whole process. Told him I wasnt satisfied with the customer service and wouldnt coming or going back. He thanked me for following up and that was that. Very unfortunate since the Doctor is probably unaware of the stuff that goes on in the front office. He lost me as a customer and it was their fault, not his.

Dr. Guilitz is hands down amazing. I started treatment with Dr. Guilitz in Dec. 2012 due to back pain from a car accident. The pain ranged from 6-7 on a scale of 1-10 (10 severe pain), after treatment the pain has significantly dulled and at times not noticeable. This was significant considering pain I had before the accident that is no longer noticeable. The experience at Mid Atlantic Spinal Rehab is exactly what you expect of a Dr.s office, if not more. For starters, there is a free parking lot in the back of the office, which is super convenient in the middle of the city. Making appointments is a breeze, usually a call to the office and LaKeisha (Office Manager) will do her best to get you an appointment at your desired time. LaKeisha has also gone as far as setting up appointments for me at other locations to get X-rays, she is very accommodating and efficient. I had issues with my insurance charging me duplicate, LaKeisha handled it and made the process extremely painless and worry free. During treatment, Dr. Gulick walks you through the cause of your pain and guides you through his recommended treatment. He has a great no b.s. philosophy and wont just tell you anything to keep you in the office; if he cant treat you, he will let you know and make suggestions for the care you need. It got to a point where I actually looked forward to my appointments with Dr. Gulick. He would hand me the remote to watch my show of choice, usually trash reality TV, and wed chat about the show or other things going on in our lives. Hes absolutely not a stuffy know it all Dr., hes cool, relatable and good at what he does.

I am an injury attorney who represents victims of automobile accidents throughout the State of Maryland. My clients typically treat at any number of physical therapy locations throughout Baltimore City, and anywhere else in the State of Maryland. There is an incredibly short list of therapy locations wherein my clients go out of their way to provide praise of the treatment that they received, MidAtlantic Spinal Rehab is without a doubt on that list. Dr. Marc Gulitz provides a level of care and concern for his patients that I do not see evidence of in every therapy location that my clients may choose. He is on the lookout for the wellbeing of these individuals, and provides care in a very individualized basis. There is not a "cookie cutter" style blueprint for the treatment that clients of mine receive when treating at Mid-Atlantic. This is the number one evidence pointing to the true individuality of the treatment. When my clients are not progressing as expected, I am altered quickly by the office, and remain aware of any referrals for MRI, orthopedic or other specialist that my clients need. Bottom line: when my clients are happy, I am happy. Ive never experienced anything but happy clients when they treat with Dr. Gulitz.

I would not go here again. Very nice people, but their methods use on me did not cure my pain. After wasting over $2,000 here my pain seem to keep coming back. Even though I would schedule with them several times a week, and it seems as though they push for you to more and more. I was undermined when I told them, my pain was in various areas and my bones felt out of place. What I needed wasnt a vibrator on my back every time I went. I needed serious help, not people wanting more customers and money. I went to see a different chiropractor who used hands on methods. After ONE DAY of service my body alignment was positioned back correctly. Since my first day of service, little things I could not do before because of pain in my neck, back, arms and legs. I can do again now, such as sitting for long periods of time. Thank you Mid-Atlantic for sending me on the right path.

I have been experiencing back pain for years after an injury I had as a teenager. It got so bad one day that I called Dr. Gulitzs office and they were able to see me the same day. After examining me, Dr. Gulitz put together a treatment plan and I have been feeling better and better every day since, and it has only been a few weeks. The fact that I am able to avoid surgery to repair a ruptured disk is such a relief. The office is new and bright and very comfortable and Dr. Gulitz put me at ease with the way he explained my back problems to me and how my treatment would work. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Gulitz to anyone looking for a chiropractor. Also, the offstreet parking is the best!

I waited over an hour while others were seen before me after I left work early so I could fill out paperwork before my appointment time. Once I was finally seen I was led to a room where there were 20 people including children. The blonde doctor advised it was a group setting process which is a violation of privacy and extremely uncomfortable. I ended up walking out because of the lack of respect for my time and the most bizarre medical encounter I have ever encountered incuding those at minute clinics. I have never posted a review about anything - this is how frustrsted I am about this experience.

This is my second time coming here after another accident and after my first experience here, it was a no brainer! Everyone here is fantastic and I mean everyone. They are extremely flexible with your schedule and take the time to cater to your specific needs. The facility is clean, modern and comfortable. Every doctor here treats you well is extremely knowledgeable about treatments and always have great suggestions of things you can do at home. All the ladies in the office are friendly, efficient and versatile. Love this place and have already recommended it to others!
