I went to this dentist on 5/30/17. My daughter and I both had appointments. It was a rainy day and I got stuck on the beltway. However, I made it there around 3:45. My appointment was for 3:15 and my daughters was for 3:30. I figured they would not be able to see me because I had the earlier appointment but I thought they could still see my daughter. Usually there is a 15 min. window when going to the doctors or dentist. I stood there for about 5 minutes while both of the girls at the desk were on the phone. One of the girls at the desk was not helpful at all. She told me that she could not see either of us. I explained why we were late and asked if she had any other appointments that day. She replied no. I asked her could I get a slip for work and her response was if we did not service you we cant give you a slip. I asked if there was someone else that I could speak to and she said no Im the office mgr. I understand that you have certain policies but I think theres a difference in physically being there versus calling on the phone. I still made the attempt to come in even though the weather was bad. I will never go back to this dentist and I also called and asked for them to remove my name from any future correspondence by mail or phone.

Ive been coming here for about a year. The right person usually answers the phone and its easy to get a convenient appointment. Once my call went to a call center and they never called me back. They also let you walk in if you have an emergency. I like that they give me a treatment plan before scheduling a service so that I know exactly what it will cost. The receptionists are not grumpy like Ive encountered in other medical offices. Ive seen 2 dentists there who were both great. The cleaning from the hygienists is a bit more intense than what I have experienced at other dentists. I feel neutral about the cleanings but my husband is really happy with this office.

This dental office is great as opposed to the previous two places that I went to around the area. My teenage daughter and I came to this facility and the staff was pleasant: Nice and professional.Previously my daughter wasnt a fan of getting dental work done.Her experience here was so great; she felt no pain and looks forward to her next dental visit (as long as its here.) The place was clean and environment calm. The doctor we saw; Dr Joshua John, was very gentle and quick.Everyone who took care of us did an amazing job; not just the dentist but also the dental hygienist and dental assistant...I was very pleased with their work and how they run the place.

When I first came here months ago, I shouldve run when the cops had to be called because a customer was livid that the office staff were so rude that she became upset, well now Im looking for a new place to go because I experienced the same thing when I expressed that I didnt care for how they handle their scheduling (scheduled for the wrong things all the time) the office manager proceeds to tell me how I could always go somewhere else...and there it was me And actively arguing because she has no clue of how to appropriate herself in a professional atmosphere.....DO NOT COME HERE

The staff was all nice except for Micki the office manager and coordinator for the orthodontist. I am a African American Female and I believe that is why I was given such bad service. She was not helpful with giving me information and also argued with me and told me to Shhh. I could not believe how mean and disrespectful she was to me all because of a Mis communication of scheduling on her end. Over all the rest of the staff was nice and helpful.

I never had a chance to go to this place because they have yet to return any of my calls to schedule an appointment. I called on Tuesday and talked to the woman about making an appointment and she stated that it was not her department and she took my name and number and told me someone would call me that day. 2 WEEKS LATER!! Im still waiting for that phone call. I now went to a new dentist!

Super easy to get an Appt and they have walk in hours too. The staff has always been friendly and professional. I really like the dentists and techs. They have responded quickly to emergencies Ive had and set up a clear treatment plan going forward for the other work I need done. You get a call center when they are closed and they are not very helpful unfortunately.
