Great kid friendly environment, i have been taking my daughrer to this office for 2 years i believe and we have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taking back to to the cleaning area. The staff is friendly and make children comfortable in a uncomfortable situation. During a visit that hygienist and dentist found that my daughter needed a filling do to a cavity and she had a loose tooth. They were able to fill the cavity and pull the tooth all in the same day which was very convenient. I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed irritated that they had to use 2 people to work on my daughters mouth and were very rough with her, and I do not appreciate that. I dont want my child being afraid of a dentist but if the staff treats her roughly and has an attitude with her because she is scared, I think we will find a new dentist after this. I am very disappointed for the second time with Adventure Dental in Essex and will not be returning.

As always an excellent experience looking forward to his next 6-month checkup we werent scheduled but they knew it was time for his 6-month checkup and they called me and got us in the same day they actually called me around 12 and got us in at 3:30 today very friendly people

Front desk staff and hygienist were awesome!! I give them 5 star...however waiting over 20 mins to be seen by dentist when my son was first appointment unacceptable. I couldnt wait much longer i had to leave. I give dentist 3 star for lack of professionalism.
