Dr. Creamer and her whole staff deliver great customer service! They answered my questions and helped me when I had a toothache and have been super nice ever since. Dr. Creamer even figured out that I needed a dental nightguard because I was grinding my teeth down when I slept. I didnt even know I was doing it...(She said stress will do that and Im definitely overstressed at times) Now, when I look at the nightguard that I wear, I can actually see marks where my teeth have been grinding it! Very cool that the guard is working and its not my teeth anymore being ground away. Now, if I can only get a little less stress in my life. Thanks again to Dr. Creamer and her staff! Go see them, they know their stuff!

Dr.Creamer and her staff are absolutely wonderful! I was traveling through Annapolis by boat and experienced tooth problems. I was hoping to find a "small, home-town " dentist who was able to examine and perform extractions, etc without a referral elsewhere. I was offered an emergency appointment the same day I called. Not only did Dr. Creamer examine me but extracted 2 wisdom teeth the same day! Her dental assistant/ hygienist even offered to "walk my perscription over" to the nearby drugstore as I was on crutches and mobility was a challenge. So hats off to Confident Smiles staff for a very positive dental experience and exceptional customer service!

The entire staff is customer oriented working to make it a pleasant experience and helping me with all my dental needs.. This is my 3rd time coming to Dr. Creamer for Botox and the results are always amazing! Im a flight attendant and get compliments on how great my botox looks all the time. Dr. Creamer and the staff are friendly and always able to get me in to fit my schedule!!
