Our family had a great experience when we took our kids for their first dental appointment. I was able to schedule all 3 of my kids on the same day. The waiting room was very kid friendly and all of the kids enjoyed their visit. I was allowed to take my other two kids into the room while the other got their teeth cleaned. This was helpful because I didnt want to leave any of them in the waiting room by themselves, nor did I want each kid to have to face the dentist by themselves, either. They each left with a goodie bag of kid friendly dental supplies. We also receive reminders when it is time for the kids to go back for their 6 month visit; which is helpful for me, because I never remember that kind of stuff.

They are overwhelmingly great in making my 3.5 year old comfortable she was able to not only get a crown, but not be terrified of the experience. She has no qualms returning to the office, where she sits in a private room, watching a supplied portable DVD until the relaxation/sedation meds reach full affect.

Every single staff member was cordial, professional, and accommodating to my daughters needs. The doctor explained step-by-step everything that was happening during her dental procedure and my 6 year old daughter even likes the practice. Great atmosphere and Child-Friendly.
