Ive had braces & gone to different dentists my whole life. Berg was BY FAR the worst dentist Ive ever been to! Dr. Roham filled 2 cavities & less than one week later I noticed a hole in one of the teeth he fixed & severe sensitivity in the hole. I notified them & they took another set of film in that quadrant & one of the owners Dr. D Giovani informed me that he would fix it free of charge. I was scheduling the repair & the receptionist informed me that I had $26 due for the visit. I asked why & she said it was for the film they had taken. I told her that I shouldnt have to pay for film on a tooth that I already paid to be fixed. She consulted the Dr. & did not charge me. The first snow storm of the year struck the night before my appointment & I was 13 minutes late as a result. I called to inform them but they refused to see me citing the Dr. wouldnt have enough time to fix the tooth. They tacked on $55 no show fee onto my account. Went Back for tooth repair: After a visit to Dr. G today to repair a tooth that another of their Dr.s had messed up, Dr. G confronted me on my review [above] that appeared on every site- other than the one that has 67 reviews and gave them a 4.8 out of 5 rating. So it is quite obvious to me now that there is a very good reason their reputation is SO impressive.. It isnt real. It is doctored by Dr. G. Quite obviously he monitors them on a daily basis. How rude to confront a patient who has been done wrong by one of his own employees. As a professional would you expect anything less than a crappy review after the treatment I received? The phoniness of the Berg Dental Group appalls me! I believe all reviews should be posted, not just the flattering ones the owners approve of. So Dr. G. I know that youre reading this, I suggest never confronting people in the dental chair who have foolishly given your offices a second chance. I have a good $1500+ worth of dental work I need completed- including a mouth guard. I value my teeth more than anyone in your office might suspect and I wont be coming back for more shoddy dental work and a snooty confrontation from an owner of the facility. You will never see another dollar from me & frankly, get a life! Beware everyone, reviews can be created by anyone, including the owners. I wouldnt trust an institution that writes their own reviews and the real question is: why do they monitor the reviews so closely?? Clearly Im not the first dissatisfied patient.

WHEN Dr. Berg was there-- it was 5 stars all the way. He was great with the kids, incredibly knowledgeable, and really took the time with me as a parent to explain everything. HOWEVER-- Dr. Berg is now gone and things have changed dramatically. At our last visit and first without Dr. Berg, I was not impressed. The hygienist was actually inappropriate with some humor (it was right after the Malaysian airlines flight disappeared and she took my sons toy plane and put it behind her back-- and then joked it was the Malaysian flight-- just very poor judgment). As for the dentist-- cant remember her name but she was the polar opposite of Dr. Berg. My daughter had some dental issues that Dr. Berg was always very good about giving updates about-- I think this dentist said 3 words to me in total- everything looks good and that was it. Without Dr. Berg there- we are not going back. So when you see the 4.5 overall star rating-- recognize that this is based on the business under Dr. Berg. They should have to start over since he left and I would suspect that their rating would be much less.

Let’s just start by saying I am the biggest BABY when it comes to going to the dentist. But Dr. Jimmy provides excellent dental care along with the best bedside manor possible. He is calm, confident, explains every detail & procedure and creates an atmosphere of safety, serenity & sincere interest in his patient. I have known him for the past 26 years, as he has attended to both my sons & husband. His smile is infectious & genuine. In today’s world of “time is money”, his attention to the patient as an individual & long time friend… even is this is your first visit, instills trust, confidence & the knowledge that YOU…at that moment in time…are part of his own family. Take it from this BABY…you won’t be disappointed & will come away with a new friend and dentist for life.

This is by far the best Dental Practice in MD!! The staff is amazing. The dentists actually care about you and will suggest what needs to be done to prevent future problems. They also think of creative and fun ways to explain how to take care of your teeth to the kids. The hygienist are out of this world. They are fast efficient and most importantly careful and gentle. I love going to the Dentist now that I have found them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND I believe the best combo is Dr. Jimmy as the Dentist and Shannon as your hygienist. Keep up the great work!

ThThe best Dentist office around!!! The hours are great for working moms and dads that do not interfere with school!!!! I have gone here for years and would never think of going anywhere else!! My son had extensive dental work done and they made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the situation. Dr. Jimmy was phenomenal with my son!!! There are no surprises when it comes to their billing and they are wonderful with the kids. If you are looking for a new dental practice look no further!!!!

We love Bal Air Smile Partners, Dr. Jimmy is awesome as is all of the staff. I have had extensive dental work and they know just how to do everything. If you want a cap, they make it right in the office as well. They are gentle and understanding with both adults and kids. They are open 7 days a week and evenings which makes it easy to make appointments O highly recommend this practice. Dont hesitate.

Dr. Schall is the most professional dentist I have experienced so far. Modern technology used was impressive and I can only highly recommend their friendly treatment. Dr. Schall loves his work and will not even concider any short cuts. He is my dentist since over 18 years and my crowns he put in then are still as good as new. When I went in for my last visit Dr. Jim was awesome. I had a procedure done that could not have gone better. He thoroughly explained everything before he started and checked numerous times to make sure I was ok during the procedure. It was nice to see the staff helping him out and asking him if he needed anything while he was working with me. Its a caring environment.
