I went in as a cleaning and was told I needed a crown. This was after I was told that my filling was put in on top of decay and caused my tooth to break (the filling was done by Dr. T) so after being told the work would cost over $1000.00 and being a cash customer was told they couldnt give price break. So I acquired CareCredit which exists for patients who have high cost work done immediately so they can afford it. CareCredit offers plans of 24 mos, 36 mos and 48 mos for costs $1000.00 and over. The dentist would only allow me to do 6 mos payments so it would cost me about $185.00 per month. This is in no way affordable. My sister had dental work done on the same Care Credit and was allowed to choose her own terms (she was very unsatisfied with the results of her work and never returned again) I should have listened to her. This dentist is ridiculous and not accommodating at all for someone who wants your money. My daughter has been coming there since she has been 2 for checkups and after 16 years she will not be returning. I see how they are when major things need to be done they are only good for regular cleanings. Please if you can find a dentist who actually wants to help people do so. This is not the office for that. Not to mention the office staff is very rude and has no knowledge of how things work. I had to be called back twice because they had to ask the dentist about the billing. I do not recommend this dentist.

UGH- I went here because they take my insurance and they are somewhat close to my house. I thought I was really on to something when I was able to get an appointment quickly- and on a weekend, no less! However, I arrived 10 minutes early (to fill out the requisite new patient forms) and after a total of 40 minutes had still not been seen. Mind you, this is a very small practice and at the time they seemed to have 1 hygenist, 1 dentist and 1 receptionist. However, when I inquired with the receptionist about my wait (and how much longer I could expect to wait) she said she didnt know- which seemed wierd, why wouldnt she? She could have walked 2 steps back to the office and found out! Soon thereafter, I left. I told the receptionist to shred my paperwork as I would find another dentist!! I understand that sometimes they get behind in the schedule, but this was at 10 in the morning, and furthermore it would have been nice to have been informed by the receptionist as to the dentists schedule, but nothing was mentioned and I was just expected to wait quietly. As a side note, by the looks of the waiting room (and the outside of the building for that matter), I was somewhat fearful about the cleanliness of the exam area. If I had found that it was not up to par, I would have left. Sorry that I did not actually see it and therefore cannot report on that.

I think this is one of the worst offices I have ever been to. I made an emergency appointment because I had a problem with a back tooth that completely broke in half. They made the appointment and then called me the next day after I already took off work to go to let me know they were closed because the water was off and they made the appointment for the following day when the following day came I received a phone call once again that the office was closed but at least I got a phone call where a friend of mine received no call at all... When I finally got into see the dentist I begged them to do something with the tooth. They told me i would need a root canal or an extraction my insurance didnt cover either I would have an out of pocket amount due. They told me to call when I had the money together and sent me on my way without antibiotics or ibuprofen. The staff is too worried about their personal lives and what their kids/boyfriend/husband/friends are doing. Only one dental assistant is ever actually working when I go in there. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy.

I went there knowing i have two cavities.. I told the nurse i couldnt even eat poptarts bc it hurt so bad and she said it was a cavity.. Then they tore my gums up while cleaning them and when the dentist finally came in he looked in my mouth for literally 30 seconds nd said o your teeth perfectly fine nd left i even half wisdom teeth tht are half grown in bc they never finished growing n i have skin flaps still covering them up. Im pretty sure any dentist would yell at me for tht. But nope my teeth are perfectly fine even tho i cannot eat any sweets without shooting pain in two exact spots... Do not go here. It is a waist of money if yur insurance doesnt cover it

Appointment @ 11:00 n only waited about 10 minutes. You could Waite longer sometimes n that is because they can do run into things unseen n put the patient first...the assistants that works with Dr.Tafrishi are awesome..I m a big baby n when getting needels I wimper ..they are patient with me, n even hold my hand when I ask....great doctors and I do recommend them... .

After having cavities filled here, now that Ive moved to a better insurance and dental office. They have picked apart how bad my fillings were and Im now paying for the proper work done(not to mention that his drill looked like a huge dremel from home depot, nearly the size of my tooth!). Would never go back, never did for an appt after that.

Went there and had fillins done. Within a month they came out. Called about it a few times and was told theyd find out and call me back. They never called back. Everything I had done has to be redone because of how poorly it was done. Friendly staff but work was poor quality.

Hi I went and everyone was professional, courteous, I definetly got my appointment on time and was in and out in a jiffy. If you can get over your fear of dentist this place made it very easy. I would definetly reccomend them to friends THANKS EVERYONE AT NORTH POINT DENTAL

My kids have been going here since birth I even went when younger. My kids had an appointment n as they were being seen I ask ask how much a tooth extraction would cost n they said they could do it that day and on a Sunday quick n painless. love this place.

Doctor T is great! I really like everyone who works here.Its been a long time since ive had a dentist who I see on a regular basis.I think i will be going to North Point Dentistry for a long time.

The location is not fancy, and the interior of the dental office is the bare minimum, but the office offers fantastic hours (Sunday appointments!), everyone is polite, and they get the job done.

This place is a joke. Do not use these dentists. They are bottom of the barrel. If you go there, at least you have been warned.
