Very nice on the phone but the office doesnt communicate very well with either the patient or each other. Husband was seen as an initial visit for just a few moments by the dentist, then had x-rays. Was left sitting in a room for almost 25 minutes with no idea what was going on.. Just a staff member popping in to say that Rachel would be with him (at this point we did not know who Rachel was). He finally walked to the reception area and "suddenly" Rachel was available. Rachel wasnt willing to agree on when the impression for dentures was to take place. She insisted that they would be done prior to the removal of teeth. We wanted to wait the normal 6 weeks. We left. After I called and it was agreed upon to wait the 6 weeks, we were told to just come up to sign off on the treatment plan, no appt necessary. My husband called a few days later to confirm. He went up today.... lol and behold, a 90 minute wait...... He left, never to go back again.

I woke up in the worst pain ever, my regular dentist was closed on the weekend so I was directed to go to the emergency room. In a lot of pain and not wanting to sit at the ER for hours I called Kelly Daniles at the St.Clair Aspen office she told me to come right in. Knowing I had a dentist already I didnt expect to be seen but told to go to the Emergency room, I was so wrong. 20 minutes after walking in the front door i was x-rayed seen by Dr Dipaul given prescriptions for an abscess and sent home. The staff never treated my like anything but one of their regular patients. Thank you for taking me in when I really needed help. My regular Dentist that I adore is retiring in 2 months looks like I just found my new dentist.

The office staff made a mistake 4 months ago by billing my girlfriends insurance instead of mine. It cost me almost $800 to get my work done, which should have been covered by my insurance. After 3 months of trying to get it corrected, and another 2 mistakes by their office team, my insurance paid for the $800 I was billed - 2 weeks ago. Aspen still cant see the payments, and my money still hasnt been reimbursed. If your choice is pulling your own teeth out or going here, pull your own teeth out. Mediocre work, and completely incompetent office staff.

I wish I could give negative stars. Dont come here. This place it dangerous. Not only was I not giving local anesthesia properly . (Three shots and still nothing.) While filling my prescription at Walmart near it, the woman at the corner said the same thing happened to her and two of co-workers as well. Not only did I go in to get a tooth pulled, after the swelling and bleeding stop I notice there were still bits of tooth in the hole. Nor was it stitch closed. Dont come here.

-The absolute worse experience I have had in a dentists office hands down. When I decided to question the cost of the anticipated work, they became rude and disinterested, and as I was leaving the dentist and I had words: he was vulgar and aggressive and tried to physically attack me, except that the office staff prevented him from getting into the lobby. I have reported these people to the PA Bureau of Licensing. They are as unprofessional as it comes.

They were running 1/2 late. Otherwise it was a good experience. Slightly overwhelming. As a new patient I needed X-rays. I had more X-rays at that time than Ive had in my lifetime! Everyone with whom i came in contact was pleasant and helpful. They set up a treatment plan for all my dental work and scheduled appointments around my work schedule.

Aspen dental st. Clair pennsylvania I usually do not do reviews but i had to after being seen there Very friendly staff . Office nice and clean there is a HD tv in your room with direct tv I called friday morning with with a sore tooth they fit me in same day at 1 pm A+ service I will drive 41 minutes to go there from now on thanks ASPEN DENTAL

Absolutely wonderful office. I was going to an Aspen in Florida and when we moved to Pennsylvania the St Clair office was closest, still an hour dr. I would drive longer for the staff at this location. Dr. DiPaul and Samantha are so great. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. I am so happy that this is my dental office.

Kelly Daniels was very personable and knowledgeable in helping me make my decision. Jainel was very kind and gentle while taking x-rays . The doctor who did my check up was very thorough and explained all my options. I am very happy with the decision on choosing Aspen Dental. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

While there is very little wait, my cleaning was super aggressive. Im pretty sure she ripped my gums at many points. It was painful, and Ive never had that problem at any other dentist. It was however, quick.

Horrible. They dont take my insurance, but ,I was told they go on sliding scale. I get $816.00 a month and they want to charge me $250.00 to pull a tooth. That scale Dont slide. Wasted an afternoon.
