my daughter is a patient at that dr. Bernstein office. i am not a happy patient and neither is my daughter. your people at the front desk are rude, they dont know how to keep appointments set, they are not professional at all, that Spanish chick needs to control her damn attitude. The doctors themselves are good only two of them i cant remember their names. i know one f them is tall and has blonde hair the other one is short and some what chunky. other than that i would not go to your office im sorry. when you get some professional people that know how to talk to patients then maybe i will come back other than that you not have my service.

When I first had my 4th child, I had to find a different doctor for her since my older 3 use a different insurance. She was assigned a wonderful doctor who is no longer with the practice and hasnt been for a while. Every since then, weve seen two different doctors for both her and our newest addition, and are not pleased in the slightest. They treat you and your child like a body, not a person. The front desk employees are rude, unorganized and do not know how to accommodate the needs of their clients.

I tried this practice for over a year and I was not happy at all. The majority of the staff do not have any customer service skills. Some of the doctors are good but not all. During my time with them, they made several mistakes with forms and account information. I was either really unlucky, or they just dont care. The wait time was almost always more than 30 minutes. If you can avoid this practice, do so.

Stay away from this practice. There is a reason why my children have had FIVE doctors in THREE years. The office staff is rude and Joann in billing or whatever her department is has no customer service skills at all. They will have you to keep coming in "for follow-ups" just to collect co-pays. The doctors are great but they dont last. They all leave... Run from this practice! Go elsewhere.
