Let me start off by saying that my kids have only been seeing the doctors here for about 4 years and I have never had an issue what so ever. Everyone is great! With that being said I am so disappointed, disgusted and appalled by what I experienced during my sons last visit. I took my son in to be checked for bronchitis and pneumonia because he was having some issues breathing and a hard time getting over a cold. Gigi (she is amazing) suggested he see an ENT and also assured me that he was clear of bronchitis but to keep an eye on him since he does suffer with asthma and severe allergies. Two days after that visit I took him to the ER because he couldnt breath. Fast forward to last week after I had taken my son to the ER twice and then back to see his pediatrician. This time I saw Dr. Brenaman. I explained what was going on and asked if he could give me a referral to take him to see an ENT. After all that is what one of his PAs suggested as well at the PA my son saw in the ER. Well Dr. B more or less said that he would not refer my son to see an ENT because he didnt think it was necessary. When I explained that 2 out of 3 medical professionals suggested an ENT he returned with and I quote "Well youre talking about a PA, I am a physician with over 35 years of experience and I wouldnt send him to an ENT. Let check him for pertussis and whooping cough and if it comes back negative then Ill send you to see a pulmonologist." He then proceeded to tell me that insurances like to keep cost down and going to see an ENT is not necessary. Long story short, I work in the medical field, I know the signs and symptoms of whooping cough. My sons oxygen levels were at 98%. It doesnt take a genius to realize he has neither one of those. None the less I allowed him to run the test. I left there that day offended and scared for my son and other children that would eventually end up there. I called around to some ENTs that day. Got my son in to see someone and found out he had laryngospasm. Basically a spasm of the vocal cords that can restrict breathing. All he needed were STEROIDS!! If Dr. Brenaman would have just stepped down off of his high horse for a second and listened to my concerns (I was crying in his office btw) and given me a referral, he would still have two loyal patients and a mother and father who still had faith in his work. The fact that he basically said the PAs didnt know what they were talking about said a lot to me that day about his character. I switched pediatricians that day and I am not upset about the choice I made at all. I am not saying that he is a bad doctor or incompetent in any way about the knowledge he has, what I am saying is that I lost faith in his practice that day because of the manner in which I was treated and in which he insulted other medical professionals. I hope he takes this as a lesson and learns to listen to his patients and respect the opinions of his colleagues.

I love this office!!! My baby is almost 5 months old and theyve been amazing from day one! On my first visit I met with Heather, the lactation specialist. I cannot stress on how AMAZING she is. Calm, professional and amazing with my baby AND with me on learning how to breastfeed. I went in a couple times just to see her (insurance covered it) and she was so supportive and informative. I would NOT of made it breast feeding if it wasnt for her. Weve seen Dr Brennamon and Ive seen mixed reviews on him.. but Im being 100% honest in saying he was always amazing with my little girl. He never looked at me like I was crazy for asking 100 questions and has a world of knowledge. Ive called there 24 hour line 6Xs and I always get a super sweet person and they never sound annoyed for me calling, no matter how silly the question is. I say silly question because Im a first time mom and Im sure some of my questions were silly! I recommend them, no question!

We love Dr. Brenneman and his staff for many reasons. He is (rightly) ranked as a top pediatrician in the Triangle. His CPNP, Gigi, is top-notch and has an amazing way with our kids (girls, 6 and 2). And his whole staff is enthusiastic and caring. What really takes the cake is that you can always speak to someone. Today I had a question about our account, and when I called, I got the answer on the same phone call -- no long waits or leaving messages. Also, when my 2 year old hurt her arm while we were vacationing in Florida this summer, I called the office at 7pm on a Saturday night--and got Gigi on her cell phone first try (no answering services)...while she was at a rock concert, no less! Gigi gladly stepped outside to talk with me and guided us on what to do. On other occasions, Dr. Brenneman has answered our after-hours calls himself. We enthusiastically recommended Dr. Brenneman to any parents.

We were amazed by this practice today! I dont leave reviews often but had too for Pediatric Partnera. First child and first pediatric appointment and learned more in the hour we were there than we did spending 5 days at the hospital! Loved Dr Schreiner was amazing and does a great job explaining things and even bringing up over things we hadnt noticed (but Im sure we would have been worried about when we did notice them). And the lactarion nurse Heather was a rock star as well! Really helpful do during out this breast feeding puzzle! My wife was very comfortable with the practice and we are very excited we found the perfect fit! New parents- look no further for your babys doctors!

I would like to start off saying how lucky my children were to be able to go to Pediatric Partners. The whole staff is great. They are nice, efficient, helpful, caring and I could go on. When my 4th son came in for his first checkup ( 4 days old ) we saw Gigi, who all my boys love. She caught a life threatening heart condition my son had. Gigi and the whole staff saved my son. He had surgery and is great now but needless to say, the best pediatricians! Unfortunately we had to move and no longer go there. I do know no one could ever compare.

Pediatric Partners has been taking care of my daughters for 7 years now. I was impressed with Dr. Brennaman from the first time I met him. He is very well read and keeps up on the lastest medical adavancements. He is also available when you need him.... like all the time. I try no to bother him but I have even called him by mistake on the weekends. He wasnt even mad. I feel like our girls are his only patients. We also have Gigi that is a wealth of knowledge as well. Thank you to both of you. Ken Brown

Weve recently moved to Cary and the commute to see "Dr. B" would be an hour. So we plan to try a Pediatric center in Cary with the disclaimer that if theyre not half as good as Dr. B, were going to do the commute. This guy is like from a movie - he went out of his way for our daughter, came into the office on Sunday and at all hours when we had a problem. The nurse practitioner, Gigi, is great too. And nurse Kim is fabulous as well, especially to prep them for any vaccines. We will them all so much already.
