I have been using this doctors office for four years. Dr. Haddadi was the doctor of my three children. When I first started going there I was pleased and had no problems but as the years went by I started to really see Dr. Haddadis true character. She kicked me out the first time I ever forgot a well check. As parents we all know having children can be challenging and things come up; once in a blue moon you may forget an appointment. When I was kicked out I came to the office and spoke to her and she allowed my children to stay. For the next three years I felt like I was walking on egg shells. I had to make sure I never forgot anything or upset Dr. Haddadi for the sake of my kids having a doctor, unfortunately no one was taking new patience. I had to deal with the office bullying me, sending me bills that werent even sent to insurance first and when my two younger girls were getting enrolled in pre-k it was a big hassle to get the paper work I needed for them ( 2 weeks to be exact). Last appointment was for my oldest daughter I had to reschedule 3 times mind you did not have to do that in THREE YEARS! but life did come up that week and I had no choice but to change the appointment communicating this with the office. When I came in Dr. Haddadi threw accusations that I was mean to her nurse (Which was a complete lie) and when I told her my concerns she laughed in my face (literally) in front of my children. My daughter actually asked me why she was laughing at everything I was saying. PRETTY SAD! After the visit I was told to send in insurance info or call over the phone on Monday then a week later got a letter I was kicked out. Dr. Haddadi is not only not a good pediatrician but she is also a horrible person. Be extremely cautious when putting your children in her care because she is one of the doctors that are not there for caring but for the paycheck! GOOD LUCK!

The office staff is always so kind to me and my children. The nursing staff is very caring. Id like to mention that my oldest son has a complex heart defect and we have had so much support from this office. They have helped with preoperative appointments and always have been organized and very accomadating. If I need to make a sick appointment, my child has always been seen that same day even though they have a busy schedule. Dr. Schiavone is a wonderful pediatrician that is very knowledgeable and we trust him so much. Not only is he a knowledgeable physician, he gives us practical advice that comes from being a parent and grandparent. He tries very hard to connect positively with my children during our appointments. My son has been hospitalized multiple times for pneumonia and Dr. Schiavone was always in communication with us. He met us at the hospital after his office hours. He made sure we understood the plan of care and he always is very thorough with his exam. Then he was at the hospital early the next morning rounding! He has also called me at home to go over test results. We have seen his partner on off hours when she was on call. She met us on a Saturday morning at the office when the office was closed instead of sending us to the ER. She very well could have. I am so thankful we have these doctors!

I have a 4yr old who got put into a leg cast just yesterday. I had called the on call Pediatrician after hours and talked to Dr. Chivonne last night with questions in regards to my childs agonizing screaming pain. Then again tonight about severe itching. Tonight he asked "why didnt I call during business hours and said the after hours calls were ridiculous" People now a days dont care about their job titles and responsibilities that come with it. Hes my childrens pediatrician, its his job to ensure my children are okay medically. My children dont need to attend this practice and I will be withdrawing all 3 this week. I DO NOT recommend this practice. Drs tired or not, upset or whatever the mood should be, shouldnt be taken out on their patients. In my opinion this practice doesnt meet my parental standards. Dr. Haddadi is a great dr and I wish my children could stay under her care but unfortunately the whole practice has let me down.

We have been here several times and every time is pretty unpleasant. We have waited in the waiting room for 45-50 minutes past our appointment time while my daughter was burning up with 101 degree fever. The last visit, I knew my daughter had strept throat but the Dr insisted it wasnt. I insisted on a throat culture and sure enough, it came back positive for strept. My daughter also has stomach issues and the Dr keeps telling us its asthma related and gave us meds that dont work...because its not her issue to begin with! The lady that answered the phone wouldnt refer me to a GI specialist so its safe to say my daughter will not be returning here. Oh and they didnt run my insurance so the lady told my husband our visit was over $100 and had to wait a couple weeks for our refund. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Dr. Haddadi is an excellent caregiver and doctor. She listens and gives sound advice. I appreciate her care of my two toddlers. We are lucky to have found her!
