Im seen here once monthly and wait times typically run 60-80 minutes. Front desk staff is not terribly professional. Ive experienced the same as fellow reviewers with an $100 charge for an alleged no-show when I canceled the appointment with more than 24 hours notice. I had to battle with the billing department to have it removed. Despite absurdly long wait times, this doctor is exceptionally personable and skilled. She apologized for my being turned away and forced to reschedule by the receptionist the last time I came in due to forgetting my wallet and not bringing my $30 copay. My mom is a patient of Dr. St. Surin and referred me.

The doctor is ok. However, the staff will book a follow up appointment with or without your consent and then bill you a no call no show fee of $100 for an appointment that you had no clue about or that you canceled weeks in advance. Thats really ashame on how they scam people.

Great service, great atmosphere. Going to this dermatologist puts your mind at ease with the spa ambiance in the waiting room. Dr. St. Surin-Lord did a great job putting my mind at ease. After my first visit, I knew I was in good hands.

The doctor is not the best still she is kind of OK, however staff made a mistake and booked me an appointment without my request then billed me a no-show fee without even confirming the appointment by phone.

My wife has to pay a no-show fee last month even though we did not schedule a follow up appointment. We tried to convince them otherwise, but they do not seem to understand.
