I started to see Dr. Adams, she was great but her staff was horrible, not professional, no follow up on anything. I really dont think they know what their doing. I even recommended my co-worker to her and they took her information and said they will call her back and they never did. she called back 1 month later and told her the same thing, they would follow up with her but they never did. I can go on and on with so many things that werent done but wont bother. just dont waste your time going here if you want a good Doctor.

No stars. Dr Adams please do something about your staff management system You need to hire a real office manager with experience. Your staff is bringing down your business. I know lots of derms who know you. It is embarrassing to "OUR" community at this point!!!!! Get It Together. YIKES!!!

The worst dermatologist Ive ever been too. She left me with scars from a procedure I didnt need. Also never called with the results. I had to call 3 months later to get my results. Very unprofessional!

Send them an email from their website, you wont get a response (four days). Call them, and the phone receptionist is rude. I see no reason to continue trying to do business with this practice.
