Sometime in November scheduled an appointment for Decebmer 18th. The appointment was pushed to Jan 4th by her office. Then again pushed to January 18th. Her staff called me a couple of times to take my insurance information, yet upon arrival on the 18th I was given 4 barely legible pages to fill-out with the very same information I gave over the phone. Upon signing on the sign-in sheet I saw that the person ahead of me had the same appointment time. I waited 45 minutes and inquired how long do I have to wait. The receptionist told me that this is a dermatologist and I should not be surprised to wait "some people wait for two hours". After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting I asked to get my co-pay refunded and left. Extremely poorly ran practice.

Most of my family is a patient of Dr. Sandy. My son and I have had issues with acne for a long time. We both saw several different people over the years. My face and his face did not clear up until we became her patients! He went through high school with a clear face. My other son saw her for different skin issues. She is truly knowledgeable. I have learned more from her than from all of the doctors we previously visited before her. I strongly recommend her to anyone who wants their skin to look and feel great for any reason.

Today I had my first visit with Dr. Sandy and she is nothing short of amazing. She is very knowledgeable and passionate. She made me feel as if me and my family was her family. She genuinely cares about the well being of her patients. I will definitely keep you guys updated on my progress. PS I came all the way from SC so I know about "hospitality", and its all up and through her office! Her receptionist was great too!

I would have been a new patient. Ive had 3 scheduled appointment that they canceled. I received a bill showing that I was charged a copay. This doctor has never seen me and I dont plan on rescheduling a 4th time.
