I am so disappointed with the strange interactions and outcome I had at Washington DC Dermatology. Of the few appointments I had, there always seemed to be some avoidable issue, starting with waiting almost an hour to be seen, to having incorrect information in my chart, to not being provided pre-care instructions and being aggressively engaged in confrontation with the front desk staff. The front desk staff are incredibly unprofessional and off-putting, patient care is discussed in public spaces, I was rushed through every appointment and I was made to feel very uncomfortable on my recent (and ultimately) final visit to the practice.

Dr. Holmes is a dedicated physician that has a great bedside manner. She takes great pride in making her patients comfortable and satified with a devised treatment plan that works effectively. The office is clean and updated with the latest technology. Washington DC Dermatology is managed and operated by great caring people that really care about their patients. Great customer service is displayed from the front desk ancillary personnel to the medical staff.

I enjoy going to Dr. Holmes office for my monthly shot for my scalp condition. Her residents are very good and the reception personnel are always so friendly and nice. I usually get taken on time and I love that. They are all so professional, friendly and courteous. Dr. Holmes even called me on a Sunday afternoon to reschedule my appointment and I was amazed that she would do that.
