Had my first and last appt at Dr. Johnsons facility. Her staff is very kind and caring but unfortunately, I didnt get that vibe from Dr. Johnson. My appt was at 11 and I didnt get seen by her until about 12:10pm. And when I did finally see her, I saw her for all of 10 mins. One of the first things she asked was the reason behind me not seeing a dermatologist before because I didnt have insurance...?. I felt like that was a little odd, Ive always had insurance, but that left a bad taste in my mouth. I was explaining to her the issues Ive been having with my face (primarily) chest, and back. She didnt even take a look at my back and quickly glanced at my chest. She came up with a "solution" before ever really addressing the issue. She also asked my profession, and when I told her I was a nurse, I felt like that was the worst thing I could have done. She basically judged me and started to talk to me as if I knew everything. I wouldnt seek help if I knew what was going on, which I explained. I told her that I am irritated that my skin has been acting up recently after doing so well. Smh. She didnt address that either. Just quickly prescribed me her product and left the room without a goodbye or take care. I was sitting at the front desk, waiting to be checked out holding back tears! And I was going to tell the clerk that she can keep the cleanser. The only reason I got it was because the clerk was so nice and stated that she uses it and it has done wonders for her. She even taught me how to properly use it. Thank God for Dr. Johnsons staff. They are the only ones I would recommend to see.

Appointment was at 6pm...Got there around 5pm to escape traffic...Did not get seen until close to 7pm....All I needed was a prescription for my refill that I have been using for years...the meeting took all but 5mins... She tried to sell me her products even though I told her the products I use are the only ones that have worked for me in the past....I called my pharmacy a week later to order my refills and they told me i didnt have any new prescriptions...I called them to resend the prescription to my pharmacy and the operator told me someone will give me a call, and hanged up the phone.... its been 48hours and I am still waiting for that call..and still without my prescription.....PATIENT CARE DOES NOT EXIST AT THIS PLACE....DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE....TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Ms. Johnson is one of the worst dr. I have encountered, I cannot believe she is a dr. I took my daughter to see Ms. Johnson because her hair was shedding. Ms. Johnson spent 30 seconds with us then proceeded to attempt to sell us her own branded shampoo and conditioner. My daughter has lost 8 inches of hair and Ms.Johnson claims the hair looks healthy. She asked 1 question then proceeded to cut me off when I attempted to give more detail. She grew angry when my husband intervene with more detail, said she would do a culture, then stormed out of the room and never returned. I dont trust that she will send the sample to be tested. This was my first and last experience with Johnson, but please be warned she is not an effective dermatologist. Her goal is promote her products and make money.

If you are looking for a doctor who is compassionate, caring and knows how to approach your condition, then Dr. Johnson is your best bet. Dr. Johnson is friendly and provides a good listening ear to your problem. She offers a solution which she believes is the best treatment for your condition. I have been dealing with a Kiloid over 9 years, which I have done surgery almost 5 times. Dr. Johnson recommended never to cut it again and gave me some Injections which diminished those Kiloids. They were growing very fast but now I can rest from applying the creams. I have previously received some injections which never worked. If you have a keloid, you know how stressful they are. Thank you Dr. Johnson for saving me from the knife again. Best Dr. in DMV.

Never met Dr. Johnson before, but I spoke to her over the phone and she she sounded very caring and genuine when I spoke to her. She basically gave me free consultation over the phone. I was asking her questions about my lipoma and she answered them honestly and genuinely. She recommended seeing a Surgeon for lipoma removals, due to the fat being under the muscle. I thought that this was very useful information, that saved me a lot of money, since many doctors would probably let me come in and pay them before giving such advice. I hope that this review will be helpful to those looking for a dermatologist or had questions about their lipoma. Thank you Dr. Johnson.

This dermatology just yep yep never use a tool just her mouth.how can you diagnose someone with your eyes without even touch the skin.she has hyperpigmentation herself and I need help with mine.soon as I see her,I saw 419 ripping me off$250 just to give me OTC Neutrogena samples and said your skin is fine to me.Wht,why did I come to you if my skin was okay.then she tends to claim I am using bleaching creams.just hearing that,i was out because I am looking for help from an old person who dont know nothing about the skin of today.

Best doctor i have been. She understands patients very well and is very polite and helpful. I have been to her for my hand eczema and she explained me how to manage it . She also gave me treatment options to choose. I went back to her to to get my ear lobe repaired. Dr. Johnson did an excellent job on it. I must say she has got good hands for surgery. Was a painless procedure and the scar healed perfectly. THANK YOU DOCTOR!!

Doctor Johnson is very knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know you and your issues and she doesnt rush you. I have used three different products and Im very pleased with the results. BUT they do not honor their office hours. I had a friend go twice to pick up my product for me and both times the office was closed. Very bad business practice...make sure you call first!!!

I have been Dr. Johnsons patient since she practiced at Providence Hospital (about 15 years). I had seen other dermatologists prior to meeting Dr. Johnson. I found Dr. Johnson to be the only dermatologist who could perform my surgical procedure with 100% satisfaction. She is very thorough which is what my condition requires.

Id recommend Dr. Johnson, before I met her I have met several doctors in Rockville and they proved ineffective. Until I met Dr. Johnson and she took her time asking questions and explaining the problems I had. My skin has never felt better. Im so thankful I found her. I definitely recommend.
