I had a pleasant experience at this office - making an appointment was easy, the staff was courteous, the office was clean, I didnt wait too long, and she was professional. However, I went there specifically for her to look at reoccurring flaking spot on my face - she looked at it briefly, and said not to worry about it. She checked me over and said to come back if anything changed. The flaking spot didnt go away, so I went for a second opinion. A biopsy of it revealed basal cell carcinoma. I dont want to slander this office, as my experience there was fine. But I also feel like a primary role for a dermatologist is to identify skin cancers. When a patient points to one on her face and you fail to recognize it as such, thats not a good sign. It is possible that the spot worsened in the month or two that passed before I got a second opinion, but it wasnt recognizably different to me. Any doctor you go to, be insistent that they give you full consideration. Doctors are busy people and can make mistakes, and its really up to the patient to look out for themselves.

Went to her office as a new patient with 2 concerns. She was rushing and was not interested in hearing my issues. The doctor had the nerve to ask me which concern was more important. When I asked why, she told me that I might have to come back for another appointment. That is a prime example of a doctor that cares nothing about her patient and more about the insurance billing aspect. I would never go back to her again. To her credit, I will say that she is fairly polite but you are just $$$$ signs.

First off let me say that I rarely write reviews, even less bad reviews. But I feel like I need to warn people about this practice. Do not go there! Had a simple mole removed and ended up with 10 stitches (done by a student). Then they removed the stitches too early and the wound reopened. Had to deal with it as I didnt want to return ever again. Now my back has a huge and nasty scar for a half-inch mole.

Not great at all! I was told it was to busy to attend to all of my needs and I would to make another appointment to have my questions answers. Really??? Front office staff was nice but I would not go back here. I was in the back for no more than 10 minutes and left clueless. I left with a prescription and really didnt understand why or how this would truly help to resolve my needs.

R U D E!!! I hate going to a doctor who doesnt care to hear a patient out. I have been seen by multiple dermatologists and was referred to Dr Sau., shes very unpleasant, seems to rush appointments and doesnt care enough to seek treatment for patients. No wonder her schedule is so open. If you have to wait to get in to a different dermatologist trust me its worth the wait.

I have been with Dr. Sau for over 10 years now. Dr. Sau has been treating my skin issues since high school. I had severe acne growing up and now I have amazing skin. I get monthly micros. Now I am going to Dr. Saus office for laser hair removal and chemical peels. Her assistant, Martha is so sweet and awesome!

Felt rushed from the minute the doctor entered the room. She rushed through the explanation of the condition and her prescribed treatment. In addition was not informed that I would need prior approval for the medicine that she had prescribed, now waiting days to start treatment.

This is the worst Ive acistido clinical secretary and medical assistant always have bad attitude. And what I do not understand is that I have to Aser appointment to give a simple result. I never go back to this clinic.

As another review said, very polite. But most of what she did was not covered by insurance. Not sure why. Not sure why it cost so much to look at a mole and do nothing. Should have waited and went to someone with a healthier practice.

I had a bad experience here. Her firm is advertised as specializing in laser treatments for cosmetic dermatology, and when I went for an appointment there for that treatment (Ive had it before) she told me to find a specialist.

She was available quickly, was nearby, and within 5 minutes diagnosed daughters problem (mango allergy) that two other doctors had said was MRSA or something else.
