I actually watched a patient be verbally assaulted by another patient who just stood up and began cursing out loud using the F word at this other patient. There were very young kids there listening to this patient or got involved. The doctor seemed as abrasive as the nosey patient and he scared me. Now I didnt stand up to defend the secretary because you never know the real story and if I would defend anybody it wouldve been that patient who I eventually heard was wronged by front desk. I figured maybe that patient didnt have correct paperwork as she was claiming she had but she did but it was the office manager/nurse/secretary or whomevers in the office that made mistake. The patient did get loud but we could see and hear a head girl shouting so I guess she had to be heard. All we could hear in the waiting area was the nosey patient cursing at the other patient. The nosey patient was really vile and very wrong. It seemed the office manager was hiding something and on my way out I overheard the secretary admit to another staff that that patient did have correct paperwork and she didnt have to be so nasty to that patient or allow the office manager to be so mean to the patient. It seemed secretary wanted to do the right thing but she didnt. The sec Could be overheard saying "she didnt deserve what happened to her" (meaning patient she wronged). Sec was saying she should have told the truth because it was sec mistake not the patients but sec didnt want to loose her job because apparently this would be another strike and the office manager or her boss or head nurse or the female doctor or somebody there makes her nervous and she needed her job so she allowed that patient to be messed with by office and that nosey patient who scared us all. Later I also had a scary experience with this office trying to get the billing straightened out because they said I owed all this money for one visit and threatened collections but I didnt and they never submitted to my insurance whoch they always had before which is apparently illegal they must submit to insurance first then patient. So I had previously paid my copay and came with a current referral and they said I did not do either so I had to dig up receipts to show them the receipt and no appologies were made. One of the people who work there made me feel scared because when I brought the issue up to them they brought me in a room and blocked the door. I got out immediately and too afraid to return. So these are my feelings because this what I felt I experienced.

I went for smartlipo on two areas that I paid up front for. When I arrived on the scheduled day of my procedure while on the table I was told that only one are would be completed that day and I had to choose one and then come back another day for the second?!?! Doesnt make sense to me because I have already started my antibiotics. Next I was still wide awake I could feel everything and hear all of the conversations and laughing going on around me, other people were invited in the room to watch as I was yelling in pain. I have had plastic surgery and conscious lipo before but never like this. My only hope is to get my money back for the area they did nothing for and find someone else to help me.

I had juvederm for my under eye bags on monday, they looked a little difference but not enough to be satisfied with, the dr gave me a refund, this was on monday, monday night the swelling began, it looked like somebody beat me up, thursay all the swelling was home and so was the juvederm, my under eye bags are back to looking like how it was before I got the juvederm, in theory if I never got a refund, it would mean I paid a 1,000 for my eyes to look ok for about 5.5 hours, just a horrible and sad feeling, I cant even do nothing but cry,like I feel so ugly, like is my bags that bad that even fillings wouldnt work?

My experience at Mid-Atlantic Skins Waldorf, MD, office was truly unique for a visit to a doctors office. It actually went very well and very fast. Was greeted by a very friendly staff member at the front desk, and my wait time was no more than 5 minutes. (Unbelievable, I know!) After being shown to my room, I met with Dr. Rose (Verghese) who was very sweet, and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the office in no time and left feeling happy and relieved. Would 100% recommend Mid-Atlantic for all your skincare needs.
