Dr. Glassmans office was super close so I decided to see him. From the second I walked in his office I was worried. The front desk staff was rude, the lobby was filthy, especially the furnishings and carpet. I needed to use bathroom and they wanted to hold my car keys or drivers license. What? I took a breath and decided to give him try and not be overly judgmental. I meet with Glassman, decent guy, he takes off a mole and his assistant (Melisa) spills the solution that preserves the mole on me and didnt offer me a paper towel or anything to clean it off . Glassman leaves the room and melissa proceeds to tell me how to care for the mole. She said never use Neosporin because it makes the scar bigger. She scheduled me back in 2 weeks. Over the 2 weeks, I felt miserable. The swelling never went down, the redness seamed to get worst every day, 2 times during the 2 weeks I used Neosporin because it looked and felt so bad, the incision looked so much better, then I thought I better stop if I want a minimal scar. Stitches Removal: I was worried as I walked in, Melissa again, she takes me back. I tell her I concerned its swollen, oozing still, and hurts. I asked her again why she objected to Neoproin, this time she said most people are allergic to it. She takes out the stitches and says it looks fantastic. 5 hours later the wound is completely open and bleeding all over. I am ready to ring her neck!! Who trained this Mellissa gal, this 18-year-old medical assistant to detect infection? Next morning: Im at the office bleeding, I have to wait 45 min. I get a new assistant(first week on the job), said I need to see a doctor. Doctor comes in, says I have an infection, mentioned she was not the doctor that performed the surgery- like it mattered at that point. Asked me to sit tight while she calls her assistant in .Guess who came in the? Melisa! Melissa wanted to train the new assistant how to put Steri-Strips on. They struggles atleast 20 min., finally got them on, I ran out like a bat in hell. I will never return. Stay away!!

This was by far the WORST medical experience I have had in years! First when I entered the office with my 12 year old daughter (the appt was for her) I was shocked at the number of people in the waiting room. Our appointment was at 3:15 and having filled out all the paperwork online we arrived promptly at 3pm. After two trips up to the front desk and being told by the receptionist that the dr was just returning from vacation and they were 45 minutes behind schedule they FINALLY took us back to a room at 4:45!! I told the triage nurse (politely but firmly that I would NOT wait an hour to see the doctor). Well, he was in the room in about 10 minutes. He walked in with an assistant in tow. Didnt introduce himself, didnt ask my daughters name, my name...nothing. He said, "So what are you here for?" When told he asked me if that was my opinion or if I already had a clinical diagnosis - WTH??!! I politely told him thats what our family doctor opined and that we were here for a clinical diagnosis. He looked (didnt touch) at my daughter from about 2 feet away, said Yep thats what it is (Alopecia). When I asked the prognosis he said it could stay the same, or she could lose all of her hair. (As my daughters eyes welled up I got furious! Thats not something you say matter of factly in a room with a 12 year old girl). I was done at that point. He spouted off some medical code to his assistant, said wait for a prescription and left the room. When I asked the assistant if the prescription was formulary or if generic was available, she said I dont know, ask the pharmacist. My family doctor knows these things. The entire staff was rude, cold and acted like they couldnt be bothered to provide BASIC customer service. I will NEVER go back here or recommend anyone to go here. Maybe if you are getting your regular Botox injection they treat you with dignity, but certainly not a regular dermatology patient. And he has no business seeing children - he does not have the bedside manner to deal with them at all.

Awful service. Its like going through the drive-thru of a fast-food restaurant. The office moves people through there so fast that they dont pay attention to detail. As a new patient, you would think that the medical professionals and staff (i.e. Medical Assistant Lauren) would be careful to reconcile any issues you have with previous prescriptions and the prescriptions they prescribed. This is not the case. They prescribed me medication I already have for issues that I did not present at the appointment, which is downright unacceptable. However, the medication I was suppose to get was not sent to the pharmacy, which makes no sense to me and represents purely sloppy work. Under the impression that I was receiving medication that we discussed at the appointment, I went on to pay the $60 co-pay at CVS and discovered it wasnt the medication I was suppose to receive. When I confronted Dr. Glassmans (who I never met nor spoke with) staff with the problem, I spent a significant amount of time trying to prove to them their mistake. Eventually, they realized the issue but implied for me to just keep the medication, which financially hurt me based on the co-pay. Overall, using prescription medication is a very serious action. Therefore, as a new patient, at least check the medical history I provided to you, so you can ensure I receive the right care. I can never have trust in a medical office that can mistakenly prescribe a patient medications and, on the other hand, fail to prescribe the medications one needs for the sake of their health. Dont waste your time at this office.

After my beautiful friend went in for Botox and said she was given a mostly full-body "cancer screening - because you are a new patient", I decided to see "Dr" Glassman. First, walking in the waiting room made me feel like a rat in a common feeder line! It was not kept up, messy, and filled with women obviously waiting for thier monthly fix. The staff was unconcerned, rude, and after meeting the Dr., I felt looked as if they were exhausted working for El Duce. The man came into my exam room as if there was applause - and carried himself like a peacock on parade! Literally slouching back in a chair, arms up and folded behind his head, and resting his outstretched crossed legs on the foot-stool I had my feet on! He was bored and unconcerned with my issue, never looking directly at me. I suddenly felt I should be ashamed I was seeing this Dermatologist for my psoriasis, instead of Botox. And no, I did not receive a "cancer screening", even though I too was a new patient. Sites like this, that let consumers express thier opinions, views and reviews are very valuable, but only if we use them. My appointment with "Dr" Glassman was horribly disappointing, and his attitude and behavior inexcusable, for any professional, in any field.

I went to Dr. Glassmans office to see a dermatologist for my acne and I was faced with a very rude staff, with no concern of human feelings and I was very surprised with the unprofessionalism. I waited to see a dermatologist and when I was called I walked into a room and waited, and waited, and waited, for atleast 20 minutes for someone to walk into the room to see me. I did not see Glassman but I was saw by one of his doctors. My diagnosis took no more than 10 minutes with little concern about the real problem, they barely looked at my face and I was prescribed 3 meds that after about 4 days of using burned my face terribly, I could not stop the burning; funny but true, I stuck my face out the window, into a bowl of water, and ice and I did not feel relief until the next morning, my problem was not solved and I unfortunately was still facing my acne problem until I was given another solution through my own research. I will not visit his office again to be looked down upon, spoken to as if I am a child, and misdiagnosed. *I wanted to give no stars, but that field required an input*
