I just visited Dr. Castiello for the first time earler today. After filling out my initial paper work, I waited for about 7-10 minutes to be seen. After preliminary questions from the nurse who brought me to the room, I waited no more than 3 minutes for Dr. Castiello. He diagnosed my irritation in a matter of seconds (and clearly explained what it was and why I had it) and treated it in about a minute. My irritation is already clearing up. I cant recommend him or his staff highly enough. They were all very friendly, professional, and efficient--exactly what Im looking for in a doctor and his staff.

Possibly the rudest, most unprofessional staff Ive dealt with in my career. Both doctors are competent, but they are in a rush to get you out of the office so they can move on to the next patient; they dont care to hear anything you have to say. Office staff is a nightmare- 3 appointment mess ups and the most intolerable receptionist Ive ever met- switching doctors and recommend that if you are considering a dermatologist- its worth it to go farther away to find a better place. Nightmare.

Dr. Castiello is a highly capable dermatologist. He diagnosed and treated several of my skin cancers, including an early melanoma. When I developed a rare type of tumor, he consulted with an academic subspecialist to confirm his diagnosis. I truly trust him with my life.

Saw Dr. Castiello for the first time today - he was great - quick study and no BS. The staff was wonderful - friendly and efficient - even singing Christmas carols.....

In reading the review comments, it is apparent that the same rude staff is still there after many years! I didnt think much of the dermatologist there either.

The staff is courteous and polite, the office is welcoming. Dr. Castiello himself is knowledgeable. Average.
