hello this offices secretary is so rude she answered the phone and said her name was jane how could she help me i asked her what was her hours of operation she explained that to me so she asked how can i help you i said well i was down in fl and i came here and my face is really and before i could even get anything else out she said oh this office is not taking any new customers so bye bye and hung up on me so i called back and said yes jane you just rudely hung up on me with out even asking me any questions and she gous oh im sorry i thought we were done with the conversation and i said no we are not and that my insurance has dr stephanie diamonds name on it and she goes oh im so so sorry maam would u like an appointment and i go no i do not but u have your self a good day like that was very poor customer service for a proffesional place like that but i guess i will find me a new one though

I had the exact same experience as everyone else. I was calling around to find a local dermatologist and their name came up. They were extremely rude when I called, said not accepting new patients and hung up. How is this customer service still allowed by this person after all of these reviews? I work in customer service and answer phones and that behavior would NEVER be allowed!

Dr. Diamond does an amazing job. I dont believe its fair to judge someones livelihood through posting negative remarks due to not allowing new patience. Obviously I dont agree with anyone being rude, however each time I call the entire staff has been incredibly helpful and nice. Im thankful to have Dr. Diamond do a professional and outstanding job each time I visit.
