I called and made an appointment to obtain a letter in order to support a VA Disability claim. I arrived in the office and waited for 50 minutes before being seen by a doctor. The doctor saw me for less than 5 minutes and essentially told me that they would not help me. I was then charged a $40 copay. So basically I paid $40 to have over an hour wasted by someone with no respect for my time.

My husband went in to see the specialist to discuss removal of a facial mole. The doctor advised me of my options and when I selected the shaving she said she could do it right there and then. She did an amazing job. Was very attentive and listed to his concerns. The procedure went extremely well. My husband raved about his experience and would highly recommend this firm!

I have been going to Crumay Parnes for a couple of years now, and I must say that they are very exceptional! The doctors and nurses are very friendly, and they take the time to answer any questions you have. I am always able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. Plus, they are usually able to get me in before work. Keep up the good work!

I would give them a five, except that they only take Blue Cross, Blue Shield and Medicare. I love my doctor there, and the staff is efficient and friendly. When you first go there, you may not know whether your doctor is located on the first or second floor, but no worries, they will direct you and you quickly get the hang of the setup.
