Dr. Burgess is awesome! I would recommend her to anyone. I never write reviews but I was so compelled to write one about how good of an experience I had with her. I have been to several dermatologist before and nobody took as much time as she did to really figure out what was going on with my skin. She took her time, made me feel comfortable, and then gave me a thorough skin care regimen complete with samples! You can immediately pick up on how skilled and experienced she is!

My experience with Dr. Burgess and her staff has been awesome every time. Dr. Burgess is a true professional and very knowledgeable dermatologist. She listened to my story and conducted research for resolutions. I love Dr. Burgess because she never gives up on trying to resolve my skincare issues. She is the greatest!! I highly recommend Dr. Burgess to all those experiencing skincare issues. She is a very sociable dermatologist with a pure personality to match her character.

Dr. Burgess does spend a lot of time with you, but does not follow up well. I had to send her office my labs 4 times before she reviewed them. I had to send her my reimbursement forms multiple times before she would fill them out, and even then they were incomplete. This office could use better administrative attention.
