Ive had an excellent experience at Braun Dermatology. Lisa at the front desk went above and beyond for me, and has been extremely helpful with all sorts of administrative work. I see Joe Hudson who is also fantastic- he his very knowledgable and encouraging. All in all I would highly recommend this place, especially compared to other experiences Ive had at derm offices.

Hands down the most incompetent and useless dermatologist I have ever been to. Their system is always down and they never return phone calls. They never send in prescriptions on time. Definitely would not recommend this practice to anyone and regret going there in the first place. If I could give half a star I would.

I waited 2 months for an appointment. The office then cancelled it the same day of the appointment. I had to call back later to reschedule, and they could either give me an appointment an hour from my call, or 2.5 weeks from then. Thats a really crappy way to treat your patients and I cancelled.

Horribly incompetent firm. Their customer service sucks, they dont send prescriptions when you need them, they overcharge, and there is no transparency whatsoever. The whole thing is basically a scam. Businesses like these are the problem with our healthcare system. DO NOT GO.
