Please be aware of a procedure before you have it performed!!! My grandmother had the Juvederm injection done by Dr Bailey a month ago. it is very upsetting to me that she went in for a consultation about having microdermabrasion done and Dr Bailey talked her into a more embracive procedure that she was not asked if she had any known allergies (which my grandmother is allergic to a lot of things) and did not give the proper after care information about how to care for her face. My grandmother has pain, swelling, and large lumps develop at the injections site. When my grandmother had her follow up appointment rescheduled so she stopped in the office to seek help for relief, the office staff was very rude making her feel her concerns were not "their" problem! Upset my grandmother sought help from a professional plastic surgeon who is unable to do much more help for her. As a doctor you should be taking care of your patients and helping them to feel better, educate them on what are the risk, side affects, and care of a procedure! I feel my grandmother was victimized and taken advantage of, being an older women she went in for an appointment seeking information and now has the constant reminder of a bad split decision she made every day she looks in the mirror, like I said a month later she still has burning and itching on her face and the lumps have not all dissolved leaving droop lumps at the bottom of her cheeks because she was told not to touch her face and just to keep ice on it. From my research on this procedure these injections are to be sculpted when being filled into your face so they harden correctly, this was not done in my grandmothers case. Ladies, and gentlemen, please be aware of these risk and side affects! my grandmother wishes the word to be spread about these Juvederm injections so that no one has to feel the pain and embarrassment that she has had to go through!

Ive been going to Dr Bailey for many years. First thing youll find is she spends a lot of time in the consultation up front, listening to what the person is asking for. She never pushes you to buy services or product and shes very cautious and methodical in her approach. Ive enjoyed multiple services: microderm (love these! my skin GLOWS afterward!), Dysport/Botox (she expertly understands muscle mapping and is ultra conservative), BBL to zap away my disgusting brown age spots, and SkinTyte to improve texture and help my sagging tone. When my sister was in town, she made me schedule a variety of treatments with Dr Bailey too! I find she often has package deals and runs specials, so make sure to get on her email list so that you are notified to receive some awesome discounts!

Dr. Bailey is the best! I just returned from my sons wedding and people who I havent seen in years all commented on how great I looked-- thanks to Dr. Bailey. She is not only an experienced and dedicated professional, but has such a compassionate nature, too. She knew how important this wedding was to me so she even came in, while in pain and injured, to finish my treatment! I highly recommend her to others! She works very hard, explaining everything to me and even checked up on how I was doing post treatment. She also has an artistic ability that makes her extremely suitable for her job. I have had many skin treatments from Dr. Laurel Bailey. She is very professional and personally concerned about her patients satisfactory outcomes. She is careful to do what will enhance my skin, makes sure I know what costs are involved with my choice of treatments and how much, if any, down time involved in the procedure that I request. I have always been very, very happy with the results from any of the procedures that Dr. Bailey has performed on my face.
