After many failed tries with other dermatologists in the area I found this one and was hopeful to finally be able to get Accutane without the hassle of the doctor giving up halfway through the process. After one month of waiting to begin they still failed to actually supply me with the medicine and get me through the introduction process of Accutane. Before I was even able to begin the doctor stopped answering my calls and even if they hadnt got my messages they made no effort to reach out to me and fix the issue to ensure I would receive the medication. The people here are nice but it seems they do no actually care enough.

Rarely do you see a better medical team. I have been diagnosed with Guttate Psoriasis. For weeks I had a lousy doctor that wasted my time and put me in more agony. Dr. Schumann and Dr.Beasley worked as a team and found my actual diagnosis, which didnt require medication and I finally found relief with no scaring.I cannot be more thankful.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Every other office in the area I have seen PAs and not Doctors. At Jamestown Dermatology you only see the Doctors which is what made me start going there. Best office visit, Doctor Schumann was very professional and informative. I highly recommend Jamestown Dermatology!
