I was rear ended about 3 months ago, and the only smooth process since my car accident was the time spent at this clinic. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive, and genuinely cared about my progress. The doctor would let me take my time to complete the exercises and assisted me with my form to make sure I was maximizing my time there by doing the treatments right. Even if I made it in late, I never felt rushed and pressured, my recovery was their main priority. I have recommended numerous colleagues and family members to this location and theyve all loved it as well. Thanks to all the staff at Active!

The practice has convenient hours. The female therapists are hard working and professional. The male therapists are unmotivated and unhelpful... Just read Rickys review. I wholeheartedly agree. The TV channel was locked on ESPN and so were the eyes of every male physical therapist at that practice. The person who was assigned to me one day, walked me to the recumbent bike but didnt know how to input the time and resistance parameters. He walked away and I had to call him back to ask how to input the settings. He just handed me a timer and said pedal until this beeps.

These guys are absolutely wonderful. I tore my rotator cuff and recently had surgery. My first visit to Active was apprehensive due to the horror stories that you hear with therapists doing the wrong things at the wrong times. Upon entering, Stephanie greeted me and was pleasant and helpful. With no more than a minute wait, I was back with Yonas who knew exactly where I was in my treatment and did a phenomenal job with my first visit. These folks know what they are doing and their demeanor matches their professionalism. Terrific experience!

I had a work related injury, and my orthopedic doctor had this facility listed as one for physical and occupational therapy. I love this place and the people! They have great hours so if you have to work you can go in early for late. If something comes up last minute, they are very accommodating. Like anything else in life, if you want to improve, you have to work hard, and they help you to get there. After four months I am better than before and I owe it all to the staff. I would highly recommend them! They are like family.

I had hurt my neck slightly doing kettlebell exercises in Feb 2012. I went to this place and after each session, my neck was lot worse and had to discontinue therapy after 3 sessions. 3 & half years later, Im getting billed for 5 sessions, even I told them in no uncertain terms how unhappy I was with their service and lack of knowledge. They were busy watching basketball on tv while I had get up or raise my voice to get their attention, while my neck was in compromised position. Worse ever, stay away.

“I am in a wheelchair, paralyzed below the waist. I developed a highly painful shoulder which made my days very difficult. Active Physical Therapy treatment and exercise routine rapidly alleviated the problem. This in turn allowed me to wheel my chair and do my transfers in a pain-free manner. I can not tell you how much Active Physical Therapy has helped me and improved my life.”

The physical therapists and the receptionists are both exceptionally and professionally caring. I certainly will recommend this place to anyone that needs therapeutic services.
