I came to Dr. Martin with painful back, neck, shoulder and knee injuries that my previous physical therapist could not make better. Its safe to say that I was probably one of the most picky and hardest clients they had in Waldorf, yet Dr. Martin and his staff still warmly accommodated me. Dr. Martin used stretches and eventually strengthening exercises to relieve my pain. His massages worked miracles, seriously it may have been the best part of therapy! I am so thankful that I went with my instincts and gave this office a try because his therapy along with pain management (different doctor office) really helped my pain gradually disappear.

Clorox Bleach

Office not ran well. Cant stop thinking about terrible experience. Very slow. Physical therapist assistant could not remember exercises. Seems like my pain got worse there. Many times I had a question and no one was available, so you just stand/wait around. They even called and bothered my emergency contact (that was very unnecessary!) for my date of birth and I had returned their call 5 minutes after missing the call, with no voicemail left, mind you. And why didnt they just look at my new patient paperwork to begin with???

Its Me

I was in the office today waiting on my dad t9 finish his therapy. There was a physical therapist who decided he wanted to tell his childhood about how his mom dressed him up for Holloween in a ghost costume. He proceeds to say how he ended up looking like a member of the KKK. This guy told this story twice and was loud enough to be heard in the waiting area. This guy was very unprofessional. With everything going on today, Im not surprised that his racism was shown today.

The staff and doctors were such a joy to interact with. They were very helpful and patient with my questions and frustration of slow progress of my injury recovery. They made a positive experience from a long stressful and painful unpleasant one. Thank you to the staff and doctors for everything and I will always keep a special place in my heart for Absolute and will not hesitate to call if the need arises again.

Very professional office. Doctors were great. Received excellent care and therapy that helped me to regain use of my wrist after it was broken. Staff was very professional and courteous. Took care of me on each visit. Would highly recommend Absolute Physical Therapy for any rehabilitation needs that you have. They are GREAT!!!!!!

The therapy I received there was good, getting billing and paperwork for insurance claim has been miserable. Phone calls never returned, claims taking forever to file and process, this has been going on for almost a year. Now they tell insurance company they never treated me. What a time consuming nightmare!
