I would have given 0 star if I could. Extremely rude customer service at the Owings mills branch. When back 2 twice because of headache due to a wrong prescription then when to the branch in Columbia and was given a 3rd prescription...and was asked to pay $400 for the new prescription while I have already paid ~$350 the first time (after my insurance has paid a portion). Just dont trust them anymore and dont want to spend more than I have already done to still end up with the wrong prescription...I am extremely disappointed!!!!!!

Combined with state of the art technology, Lenscrafters has an exceptional team in Owings Mills!
