I am a single mom and my daughter goes to Dr. Burbano, since she was born, now she is 2 years old. My appointments are always on time, they have a telephone system that send messages to remind me of my appointments 3 days before, they are always on time and when I get call to the room to see Dr. Burbano he is already waiting for me in the examining room. He devotes all the time needed for each visit, is very friendly and I feel that I am always welcome by him and his stuff into the office. The office is clean and very well kept, child friendly and the receptionist and medical assistants are very pleasant as well as Dr. Burbano. I am very happy about having him as the pediatrician of my daughter.,

I recently changed pediatricians because my child who is 12 months old has a medical condition that had not being able to be diagnosed by his previous pediatricians. I was very fortunate to have a friend who recommended Dr. Burbano to me. I took my son to him 2 months ago and after carefully listen to all his medical history he was able to give me a diagnosis and placed him on treatment that has worked perfectly, today my child is taking his medications as indicated by Dr. Burbano and he is doing great. I have had a great experience in all my appointments with Dr. Burbano, his clinical knowledge is above that of other pediatricians and his medial stuff is very friendly and competent.

Went with a family member to help her with her sick baby. After waiting almost 2 hours with an appointment we were moved to another room to see Jesus the pediatrician. He literally got to the room & told me "get up" so my cousin could seat where I was sitting at. No "get up please" no "hey guys , hows the baby?!. nothing. He made me feel uncomfortable since the beginning even when we were paying out of pocket. After the appointment I found out he was the owner. Just WOW. Advised my cousin to see somebody professional somewhere where they can provide great customer service like they should. Sucks to take this ugly experience back to Texas.

Mi niña fue ase dos días y este doctor le ablo muy fuerte a mi niña ella estaba asustada por k le sacaron sangre y claro k a los niños les da miedo un doctor tiene k se.amable con los niños yo en verdad no se los recomiendo

I have been with Dr. Burbano for the past 12 years. My 3 kids have him as their pediatrician, during this 12 years he has always showed great clinical knowledge and great rapport with my kids my husband and I. I never feel that I am being rushed during my kids appointments since he takes al the time needed to respond to all my questions and concerns. He is very pleasant and make every visit a pleasant experience.

Dr.Burbano front desk office turns their phones off at 3:30pm but they are scheduled till 4:00pm . They dont put any type of importance about faxes or medical records . I am disgusted with the way they handle their office . I have been calling for 2 weeks straight and they still havent been able to fax over a Damn thing. DO NOT COME HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!!
