Im going to write a very honest review about this place. The doctors for the most part are friendly and competent. The administrative staff is unorganized and frustrating to work with. Billing issues constantly arise and what the in-office admin staff have on file is usually different from what the billing office has. Lots of administrative and billing issues and discrepancies arise that are incredibly frustrating. This place needs better administrative staff and it will be a good practice all around. To summarize - competent and friendly doctors, incompetent and unfriendly admin staff.

I left Cambridge Pediatrics because the PA working there was rude and judgmental.I am a mother of 6 all which were under the care of Cambridge until the day the fe-male PA made a unsolicited comment about how she was "not jealous of me at all for having so many children".So I decided to vote with my dollars and seek a new practice to care for my children.I can not and will not patronize any establishment that makes me feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed.

These people seriously need to get patient scheduling in order. Front desk staff and nurses are nice and courteous. And I agree with one of the last reviews that the doctors take time with patients. BUT, IT SHOULDNT BE AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHERS. We have been in a waiting room for well over an hour! This is unacceptable! ! My son is crying and all anyone can say is we will be right with you!

The doctors and nurses are great but the front desk staff are rude. The front desk staff make it very difficult to make appointments and they are not welcoming and friendly. If it wasnt for the awesome doctors and nurses, we would go some place else.

The doctors care about their patients. They dont rush the exams and make sure you understand the treatment and care plans. The wait times can be long at times but its because they give all the patients the time and care they deserve.
