My son has been going to Dr. Mary for one year and it has been a horrible experience. For his 6month checkup we had to wait for over 2 hours for them to tell me "oh, we thought you had already been seen". Then lastly for his one year checkup (Dr. Mary was not feeling well and the office was full of children) when I got there they said can we reschedule because Dr. Mary is not feeling well and we are already behind. It took me 2hrs to get there on public transportation and they did not even call ahead of time to let me know. EVERY time I have been there we have waited at least 45 minutes. The staff is not nice and I can hear them talking about parents when they leave. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!

Should be reported to the police. Terrible clinic. Doctors unprofessional and talk behind your back once you leave. They made fun of my child cause he was a bit overweight. Disrepectful place. Unbelievable. Its sad how this world has become. These people are so rude. I cant even finish there! The wait is incredibly long, patients wait forever for these lazy doctors. 30-45 minutes is the usual waiting time. This is a disgrace. Never come here.

She used to be a pediatrian for my child. You have to wait a long time before you finally go into the room. Then when you are in the room, there is another wait before the doctor comes in. She isnt friendly to say she deals with children. She could definitely improve her bedside manners.
