Dr. Rick Rosa is amazing. As a competitive athlete, its very important that I keep my body functioning as well as possible. Ive been to many sports doctors over the years, as I have grown up playing sports since I was young, and can say easily that this has been the greatest experience. Dr. Rosa has the same passion for the art/science of recovery that I have for the art/science of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and it leads to great results. Not only does he address the injury itself, but he also helps with the mental approach which is very important for an athlete trying to recover as quickly as possible. He is constantly working to get better at what he does-reading up on new studies daily, asking for thorough updates every time that he sees you so that he can monitor progress as efficiently as possible, etc-even though he is already the best in the area. Not only is he great as a doctor, but the customer service at his establishment is amazing. Every time that I have come in I have been greeted with a smile, and I am being treated within a couple of minutes of arriving. I STRONGLY recommend giving Dr. Rosa a call for any injury, chronic pain, or even small discomfort.

Upon my first appointment, I had such severe TMJ, I could not open the right side of my mouth, I had severe headaches to the point of numbness, and I was five years due of necessary treatment. I was diagnosed to have one of the worst cases of lateral facial mis-allignment with no guarantee of complete treatment. After a few weeks of intense treatment and the incredible commitment and talent of Drs. Rick and Dina Rosa, I have no symptoms or memory of my TMJ and it has been months since my last treatment. The office itself is a relaxing and comfortable mid-work day treat. They are respectful of busy work day schedules while keeping you committed to your complete recovery. From the personable front desk staff to both Drs. Rosa, I have had an incredible experience. When you need treatment for something that involves an extended commitment, you want to choose a place that you WANT to go to. With the Rosa Family Chiropractors, you are choosing treatment from a welcoming team of people who are great at what they do!

Dr. Rosa is outstanding. I have been overwhelmed with the level of personal attention that he has given me as a patient. I came in with a cycling injury that has persisted over a few years and that no one else has been able to effectively treat. Dr Rosa cut to the underlying causes and has given me the best treatment possible. Unlike everywhere else Ive gone, Ive never wondered why he was doing a particular treatment- Ive just watched myself get better and learned so much about my body and proper biomechanics in the process. His informed, straight forward approach has been a breath of fresh air when I had been dealing with physical therapists, message therapists and other chiropractors that just couldnt make sense out of the tangled mess that I had become. I consider myself fortunate to have found Dr Rosa and have Bike Doctor of Waldorf to thank for recommending this truly outstanding physician.

Dr. Rosa took time out of his busy schedule to help me dial in my bike fit. He met with me for over 3 hours. As a competitive cyclist, I wanted to find the most knowledgeable person to work on my bike fit. Dr. Rosa has his experience as a team doctor to multiple pro teams and his knowledge and attention to detail have created great results for me. My fit is perfect and I know where I need to work on flexibility and strength to get the most of out my riding. On my ride back from getting the fit, it felt like the doc had removed the parking break from my bike! Ill keep going back to his practices and recommend him to all of my teammates and friends

Doctor Rosa TRULY cares about his patients, and wants them to get better and stronger as fast as possible. He is always on top of newest and most effective healing techniques as well as the newest and best equipment available! The guy is a phenom in the world of recovery. You feel relaxed when you are there... not only that, but his staff is very pleasant and a joy to be around. If youre reading this, thanks Dr. Rosa! Dr. Rick Rosa is one of the best out there. As a professional cyclist, he has helped me with everything from bike fit to advanced recovery techniques and nutrition. He is always up to date on the latest research in the field and applies that to his treatments. He has also helped my entire team at several top races, treating us after each stage and allowing us to compete at our best day after day without the aches and pains that typically accompany such events.

I just relocated to Maryland from North Carolina where I was already receiving chiropractic care. I came to Rosa Chiropractic Clinic based off of a recommendation from my doctor in North Carolina. I was placed under the care of Dr. Jessica who has been very helpful and informative while treating me. She uses different methods of treatment that is personalized for each patients treatment plan.
