I do not recommend Dr. Sindhi. In fact, I would rate him a “0” if Google allowed. I went there for a simple spine X-ray and was charged a 50% surplus of upfront fees, which I discovered later from the insurance companys Explanation of Benefits. I had the insurance company contact Dr. Sindhi many times via phone--since he wont take my word for it. However, he kept pushing back--saying that it was insurance companys mistake. The insurance company reviewed the claim two more times and had the same conclusion; that I am entitled to a refund. Apparently, Dr. Sindhi was not happy about his contract with the insurance company, but it is completely unfair and unprofessional to hold the patient responsible for his "loss". After a 9(!)-month battle, I finally got my refund back. The process of getting the check was another hassle altogether, and I almost had to threaten him with a small claims action. Think twice before you walk in because Dr. Sindhi clearly cares more about money than your health.

I wonder were all the other reviews on this practice went? There are a suspiciously few number of them on Google Reviews. It makes me scratch my head; this business has been around the six years I have been in Crystal City. The oldest review here is two years old. I wonder if the Docs had a take-down issued. Anyway, I am unimpressed with this business. I did not get healed; I got "advertised": for a host of expensive in-necessaries like orthotics. HINT: if an orthopedist says I do not have flat feet, I trust him over you--a chiropractor. Also, if within the first ten minutes of your diagnoses you get in-house financing options--RUN! There is more money in keeping you unhealthy than fixing you.

The male Dr. Sindhi was completely mean. He did not make me feel comfortable at all the entire time. I told him I had been to another chiropractor who was out of town so I was trying him and all he did was blast the other chiropractor and tell me how bad his practice was. I happen to like my other chiropractor a lot and cant wait for him to get back so I never have to deal with Dr. Sindhi again. I was not impressed at all with this place even though Dr. Sindhi tried very hard to make it seem like his place was the best for EVERYTHING! Give me a break. Even the adjustment I got was not as good as others Ive had.

The Palmer School of Chiropractic Practice in my most humbled opinion turns out the best chiropractors in the nation. Dr. Sindhi happens to be one of those graduates who has excelled at this art. Highly recommended especially for guys who carry a mass greater than>220lbs. In addition, im not sure where DOC finds and recruits his deep tissue massage therapist but you have got to incorporate this treatment into your maintenance plan!! they are outstanding!
