Dr. Nicholas and his staff are very professional and friendly. This was my first time ever at a chiropractor. I went in because a) my upper back all of a sudden became very stiff and painful in the mornings, and b) my sister-in-law used to be his receptionist :) Dr. Nicholas listened carefully as I explained my symptoms, asked great follow up questions, and gave his initial opinion. Once he felt my spine, he then clearly explained what he believed was happening in my vertebrae and how the adjustments would help. There were cracks left and right as Dr. Nicholas adjusted me, but he and I were just chatting throughout. Perhaps its a tactic he uses to distract people, which worked! Immediately after, I felt looser than before, which was a relief, but the best part was waking up this morning with almost no back pain. This was amazing considering my pain is what would wake me up for the past couple of weeks. If you have any sort of chiropractic needs, definitely go see Dr. Nicholas.

Fantastic. Professional, friendly keen listener social. This place is so clean and well kept just makes you want to come back. These massage tables will put you to sleep and get you ready for your first session. Dr Nicholas and his staff are very unique and unlike any he also has a very good military deal for military members. He doesnt take tricare but his rate is worth, contact them for more info. I have been experiencing lower back issues for a very long time until I came here. I had issue driving comfortable, on my first visit I arrived with serious back trouble even driving on the way here. When I was done so was my lower back issue "DONE! GONE!!" I left the office feeling like I just walked out of heaven. I Highly and 100% recommend Dr. Nicholas!! If youre second guess these reviews then I think you should question if you have a mental issue

My shoulder blade was in horrible pain. In my line of work I am constantly on the go. The pain got so bad that this was affecting my work, my breathing due to the tightened muscles in my back, amd even the movement of my neck. I call in to the office with short notice and was able to be seen that day. After meeting with Dr. Nicholas, he fixed the problem within a matter of minutes. Shortly I was breathing fine and my neck came back to normal. In short, I FELT GREAT. The care and urgency by the staff, Mellissa, and Dr. Nicholas was amazing. I would highly recommend them for all chiropractic needs.

Town Center Chiropractic is a great practice! From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by Melissa to your visit with Dr Phil, you will have nothing short of platinum level service. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming. I appreciate Dr Phils warm demeanor and genuine concern for each of his patients. He is never to busy to pop out and say hi. He is thorough in his assessment and treatment of all of your pains and sensitivities. I highly recommend this practice and know your experience with them will be just the same!

Dr. Nicholas is the greatest! Theres no way I wouldve survived this last couple of years without him. Ive seen other doctors and chiropractors but havent found the level of care, attention & wealth of knowledge that him and his staff show. I have lower back problems & Dr. Nicholas has taken me from severe pain to manageable pain. I am now in the maintenance stage of treatment. I was told by other doctors that i had sciatica. Dr. Nicholas explained what I had and why it wasnt sciatica. Hes not only knowledgable, hes very personable too.

I wish I still worked in the area so that I could be adjusted at Town Center Chiropractic. I’ve seen several chiropractors over the past five years for issues with my neck and Dr. Nicholas is by far the best. Visiting Dr. Nicholas is like going to see an old friend – he actually cares what’s going on with your health and life in general, he offers professional advice in a caring manor and I always left feeling much better ! It’s been over a year since I was adjusted at Town Center and I really miss that place!!

I found Dr. Phil on Google and decided to call. Immediately I was scheduled for a next day appointment which was awesome. Ive never been to a chiropractor and I went in a little uncomfortable, but Dr. Phil made me feel comfortable with conversation and giving me a better understanding of his practice. On my first visit, I had work done and I left feeling better than I did when I came in. Im looking forward to my next few visits. Im sure they will be great also. I visited three other chiropractors until I met Dr. Nicolas at a Howard County Health Fair. During my years with him, I found his treatments were effective, his staff was warm and friendly, and his office was conveniently located and also warm and inviting. He made it convenient for my wife to sit in on my treatments, and adjustments. While, I no longer visit chiropractors, Dr. Nicolas has my highest recommendation. We looked forward to our visits to his office.

LOVED THIS PLACE - Dr. Nicolas is great as well as the front desk. Had a tight schedule to keep got me in and out. The front desk staff helped me find the office which is a funny story then checked in on the appointment to make sure we were watching the time. Dr. Nicolas I feel asked all the appropriate questions and seems like he can do everything he needs to right there in the room. Def. recommend him and his office staff to anyone who needs a chiropractor.

This place is the best! NO BS! not trying to sell you all kinds of stuff just there to help you! I have arthritis in my lower back, curved spine and spinabifida. I have seen many doctors but here he know whats going on and truly helps you. Other places try to sell me stuff and wanna push pain meds. I dont take pain meds and now I think due to the chiropractic help I am receiving I will no longer get the painful shots in my back! Thanks DOC!

Such a wonderful experience with a warm, thorough and patient doctor. His explanation of what was happening was clear and his demeanor made you feel at home. It is not very often that one finds a health professional who genuinely cares for patients and LISTENS to their every word. My husband already feels like a new man. I initially went to Dr. Nicolas because of pain related to way too much time sitting at the desk. Now, were happily in preventative maintenance mode. Every time I go, the staff is warm and welcoming--theyve become like family to me. I can highly recommend Dr. Nicolas and his team, not just because the treatments work, but because they are a joy to work with.

I would highly recommend Dr. Nicolas to anyone looking for a chiropractor in the area. He has helped me with everything from routine adjustments to a compressed disc to limited and painful head and neck movement. He and his staff are really personable. And before you treatment you lay on heated massage tables to help loosen you up. Such a great idea.
