There are many good Chiropractors in Alexandria, and many of them are knowledgeable, but what separates good from great is the intangibles you cant learn in school; compassion, commitment, and concern. Dr. Shara Posner possesses all of these in abundance, and it becomes immediately evident as you enter her office. Her staff is professional, polite, and respectful of each individual. Dr. Shara provides access to additional valuable services in her office. Back To Health offers a complete array of wellness services including, Chiropractic Treatment, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy and even Childbirth Education, all administered by highly qualified, deeply committed practitioners. I would send my mother to Dr. Shara without hesitation, and with complete confidence.

I would like to recommend Dr Stewart (Acupuncturist) for any one who would seek such therapies. she is a wonderful person and listens to your problems with great patience. I was unfortunate that I was unable to complete my recommended 5 therapies but the 2 sessions I had with her were great. I could feel my body rejuvenated with power and freshness after going for 2 sessions i had. thank you Dr Stewart. Also would like to recommend the facility, its really professional and like the hygiene levels they maintain.

I had an allergic reaction on my forearms that had been persistent for a month or so. I made an appointment with the centers acupuncturist Dr. Joanie to see what she could do for my rash. After just 2 visits (within 3 days) I am completely free of the itchiness and most of my redness is gone. I highly recommend both Dr. Joanie and Back to Health center. The staff is courteous and the center is very clean. Ill be going back!
