Back; I came in with severe back, neck and hip pain. Now my pain although not completely gone. It is manageable. I continue to get regular chiropractic tune-ups. Love Dr. Singer. He is wonderful! Pain/Massage; I have fibromyalgia and if the touch/pressure is wrong it can trigger days of pain. Every massage I have received at Ideal Body has given me total relief and relaxation. Ideal Protein Diet Plan: Initially I lost a total of 50lbs. I followed the plan and it was very easy. I quit following the protocol and gave into my self-will and have gained. Back on protocol I have less pain, feel great and looking good. Sally is the best.

Its Going Down Baby! This is what I said every week I met with Coach Tickie. The fat went down YES! My total body weight change to date is 13 pounds (8 pounds of fat and 5 pounds of LBM) Im a lean body muscle machine! Absolutely love my results! Education, Motivation and Accountability with an awesome group of coaches. This is what Ideal Protein gave me. I now understand the science behind the madness of losing fat and gaining lean body mass. Im always curious why things happen and the cause especially as it relates to weight loss. Ideal Protein gave me that missing piece I needed to succeed. Sally and her team are Awesome!

The office & staff are very professional. Ms. Diane & Ms. KC are kind, courteous & very welcoming. I appreciated that. This was my 1st chiro appointment ever & it was cool how everything was set up to answer my questions before I even asked, lol. The therapy area is very tranquil. Soft meditative music plays & I cant help but feel seren. & Dr. Singer, Im convinced that Dr. Singer has magic fingers!! I had to receive non-force chiro treatments & oh wow ... oh wow!! :) Thanks to all @ Ideal Body Chiropractic for aiding in my recovery.

My husband and I both are clients of Dr. Singers. He is wonderful, so helpful and so calming, zen-like even. The waiting area is comfortable, relaxing and puts you in a mood to be healthy and well. Soothing music plays in the therapeutic room, positive messages of wellness scroll across the monitor in the sitting area. Have a massage there, I am quite sure you will feel better and less stressed, afterwards. Give it a try, you will be glad you took the time to take care of yourself. This doctors office you wont mind visiting!

Look no where else!!! Dr. Simon is THE healer! Ive had problems with my knee for 5+ years prior to seeing Dr. Simon and met with so many chiropractors who werent able to help me with long term maintenance or pain relief. My workout sessions after the first visit here were painless! The improvement with my knee is really encouraging me to stay active!! Dr. Simon not only spends time with pain relief but also with teaching me exercises to prevent future problems. I really appreciate this aspect of my visits.
