This is the most pleasant medical office I have ever been too. My employer lost a major contract and I lost my medical benefits due to all full timers being made part time. I am also pregnant so my option was to use medical assistance. There is a program called MD healthy smiles that I qualify for during my pregnancy. Not many dentist offices accept this. Westminster Family Dentristy did! I was nervous and partially embarrassed by my situation but the receptionist was extremely kind and never once made me feel uncomfortable for using the MA program. I greatly appreciated that because I feel that a lot of places discriminate against patients who have limited means. The hygienists are all lovely. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why. They ask you questions and actually engage in conversation with you. Being treated like a person and not just a case file goes a long way! Dr. E is amazing. She is gentle and also takes the time to explain procedures and what tools she is using. She explains what sensations you may or may not feel and gives you tips on tooth maintenance in words you can understand! She is friendly and kind which is what will keep me as a long term patient. The office itself is very clean and modern but warm and inviting at the same time. After my first office visit, I received a hand written card from Dr. E welcoming me to the practice. That in itself made me feel welcomed. I highly recommend this office!

I recently scheduled a cleaning at Westminster Family Dentistry on recommendation of my family. Largely due to bad experiences with my prior dentist, I had not been to a dentist in years and had developed an irrational fear towards anything related to dental work. Westminster Family Dentistry has alleviated all (ok, most) that worry thanks to their wonderful hygienist, Katie; Dr. Etzkorn and staff. My visit began by them taking me on time - a seemingly rare occurrence with doctors in general. I have never in my life had such a thorough yet comfortable experience in a dentists office. I barely felt a thing during the poking, prodding and measuring that was so painful at my previous dentist thanks to Katies precise, careful and gentle cleaning. Both Dr. Etzkorn and Katie patiently explained what they were doing, what it meant to my dental health, and didnt push any products or services I didnt request. I also appreciate their digital X-rays which are fast and supposedly expose you to less radiation. All this to say that this is far and away the best dentist I have ever been to. Keep up the good work!

I had my first appointment today at Westminster Family Dentistry. It is honestly the best dentistry I have ever been to. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and so helpful! Everything was extremely updated and clean. They explain everything they were doing step by step, which I found very helpful and comforting. I have never had a dentist give me so much information on my teeth before. They also checked me for oral cancer which was a first as well and I definitely appreciated. Best dentist EVER. I already scheduled my next appointment :)

Very friendly and professional staff! They kept me informed of what each procedure would cost and even called my insurance company to make sure I was given the most accurate information. I was having an issue with one of my teeth and had dealt with pain for many months before deciding to seek a second opinion from Dr. Etzkorn. She identified the problem and took care of the issue. Now several days later I am pain free for the first time this year! I definitely recommend this dental practice!

Friendly and courteous dentist and staff. Dr. Etzkorns office has provided the absolute best dental experience of my life. They are always on time, thorough, gentle and informative. The staff has gone to great lengths to attempt to optimize my dental insurance coverage for needed procedures. The office is clean and bright, and they use modern digital x-rays which result is less radiation exposure.

Very Professional, understanding and polite. Very thorough in her explanations. The only bad part is the hours they are available...NO EVENINGS and NO WEEKENDS. Which means slot of people end up paying their co-pay as well as a day off from work :-(
