My daughter cries to go TO the DENTIST! Shes only 4 years old too. I credit that all to the staff and Dr. Phaeton! Ever since a hygienist told her she has to take care of her "princess teeth," Ive never had to fight with her about brushing at home! The staff knows how to make children relaxed and comfortable! Scheduling an appointment is easy and I love that the office has evening appointments so I dont have to take off to visit. My daughter loves the "treasure box" at the end and the new tooth brush she gets every visit. Please DO NOT believe the "terrible" experiences mentioned here by some people. Shame on them for writing such nasty reviews. Weve been going to this office for 3 years and weve never had a poor experience or met one rude person. The office is the most organized and up to date Ive seen. The staff communicates via ear pieces to keep the process flowing smoothly. The chairs are extremely comfortable and the hygienists bring out blankets to put under my daughters legs since she is so small in the chair. They have sunglasses to protect the childrens teeth and tvs in the ceiling. The lobby has books and a game system in addition to magazines and a tv. Also, there is a table with crayons to keep children entertained. We never wait long though and are seen within 5 minutes of our appointment time. The office system sends out a text message to confirm your appointment (scheduling 6 months in advance I rely on this reminder) and an office staff calls a few days before your appointment to confirm. When we arrive, we sign in and the receptionist simply asks if anything has changed with the insurance. I havent filled out a form in 3 years! Its NOT the dentists fault if your child has cavities! We will definitely stay with this practice and HIGHLY recommend it to any parent who believes in the best oral care for your child.

We have been going to Oasis for the past 3 years and I could not be more pleased. Dr. Phaeton has been wonderful with both of my girls and gives excellent care. The staff at the front desk is knowledgeable and friendly. We never have a problem getting in to Dr. Phaeton or the Orthodontist, Dr. Stang (and we have had one orthodontic emergency and were able to be seen that day!). They are very friendly, caring, and genuinely interested in the girls as people as well as patients. Dr. Stang remembers to ask about our lives (our crazy dog) and is just lovely. We have completed one round of orthodontics and are now starting with my second childs treatment. The staff is fantastic at explaining the costs, what to expect and when. They also are knowledgeable with all the different types of insurance and we had a long, informative conversation about whether switching insurance would make a difference for our future care. In addition, the prices for orthodontics were right in the middle range for this area. Lastly, they do not rush into orthodontics. They dont want to do anything that is not necessary. We also love the technicians, with our favorite being Yvette, who was our first technician and with us for the first orthodontic treatments! They are so friendly and also caring with the girls and parents. The explain thoroughly what they are going to. In addition, the office is modern, has kid friendly comforts (like an Xbox while you are waiting, shades for your eyes, and televisions above your chair, not to mention a prize box and stickers), and is well maintained and clean . My children actually love coming to the dentist/orthodontist and I dont mind it at all! I would highly recommend this practice!

These people cheat cheat cheat. My sons first visit to this office was Dec 2015 for sealants for my son. They looked at my insurance and said I need to pay $98 for laughing gas which is not covered by insurance and they collected $98 upfront. To my surprise they sent a bill for $100 later and they mentioned that insurance did not covered that amount. I asked them why did they told me it would be only $98. Had they told me it would cost $200 at the beginning i would not have done the sealants at all and would have gone to different place. This happened in December and paid whatever they said it was due. I incurred a loss. I again visited this June 2016 for regular cleaning. My son never visited any other dentist between these appointments. All I asked was regular cleaning nothing more. Because of my bad experience in December 2015 even though I know 2 dental cleanings are free for the family, at the time of booking the appointment for June 2016 I asked they to check my insurance and they said i dont need to pay anything for my sons cleanings as my insurance allows 2 cleanings. Again to be safe side on the date of appointment I checked front desk person about Insurance. She confirmed that i dont need to pay anything. I also asked the person/nurse who was performing cleaning about coverage. she mentioned whatever she is doing is covered. 3 times i made sure my sons cleaning is covered. To my surprise they again sent me bill for $177.6 . Twice i clearly explained to the staff all the conversation we had. They are not willing to listen. I am going to take up the matter with local police station if they keep sending invoices.

Terrible Terrible Service. Dr. Phaeton is rude. My son (8) needed a tooth pulled and was put under the nitrous gas, which did help to calm him down, She extracted the tooth but when my son tried to talk I looked up to see what he wanted and saw that his extracted tooth was on the back of his tongue, he nearly swallowed it. I told her and she seemed pissed that I told her. Then my son asked if he could take a minute to breathe so she said yes and disappeared for 40 minutes, my son by now was on the bed for over an hour and needed to go to the bathroom, Dr. Pathoen got annoyed at this. By the time she came back to finish her work, he said he could feel a pain in his mouth and got nervous and frightened. He became scared and refused to take any more gas.. He had been breathing through his nose for over an hour. She then tried to shut his month by pressing his lips together forcing him to breathe through his nose. My son jumped of the bed in tears. She then brought in more nurses to hold him down and tried to strap him into a contraption. That was it! I say no more! She told us we were dismissed!!! This was yesterday. Today I took my son to tooth town and had him x-rayed again and found out that she had left the roots in. Now my son will need oral surgery to have them removed. And yes we too had to give a deposit for the work $125.

We found Dr.Phaeton & her staff to be friendly, warm, outgoing, and they definitely love kids. My daughters love going to the dentist, theyve been patients of Oasis for over 2 years. The waiting room is filled with video game area, TV, and books to stimulate the little readers. The best part is they dont keep your children waiting all day, they stick to your scheduled appointment time and my girls leave with smiles on their faces as well as the other kids we see while were there.
