I went to Dr. Barlow because her office is convenient and shes in-network, but oh god, shes TERRIBLE. (Where are all these positive reviews coming from?) I have a temporary crown that came off that I needed to have put back on (simple enough), but she was adamant that it wouldnt fit and tried to upsell me for a cavity cleaning+ filling, despite my telling her that I didnt think it would be appropriate for such a damaged molar. Guess what - I went to another dentist and they managed to make the crown fit, with some careful adjustment. She also took the WRONG x-rays (on outdated machinery and without radiation protection, no less!) I told her the problem molar was on the BOTTOM set of teeth, and she took images of the TOP without double-checking with me. Geez, I hope my eyes dont get cataracts from the gratuitous radiation. Im halfway convinced these positive reviews are written by family and friends.

I have been going to Dr. Barlow for about three years. She has always been very accommodating to my quick changing schedule and does a great job every time I visit her. I have had cavities filled, root canals, a tooth pulled, and crowns put in with Dr. Barlow. I continue to go to her because she provides a great service and is great at making me feel comfortable every time I visit, and I will continue to go to her because of her great track record with me.

She tricked me into believing that Ill lose my teeth if I dont do the so-called "root planting", which is actually just deep cleaning, which the insurance wouldnt cover without approval. She charged me 190 bucks with "copay" and asked me to schedule a general cleaning in August,which NEVER going to happen! I mean maybe shes good but just dont really trust her lol
