I highly recommend Dr. Deitrich, as she is warm, kind, professional and always does a great job! She really cares about her patients, and she is the reason I go there. The hygienists and dental assistants (particularly Lisa) are friendly and wonderful! I would have given this practice 5 stars, however, what I feel has to change is how gruff and unfriendly Dr. Donald Kowalski can be. I experienced this today and 3 months ago when I needed to see him because Dr. Dietrich was not in that day. Also, Dr. Kowalski was very rude and angry at his dental assistant right in front of me. I felt very sorry for her and that was unprofessional! Dr. Donald Kowalski if you are reading this, your patients notice, your staff notices and we all get upset and feel very uncomfortable when you are in a bad mood. Otherwise, the rest of the staff are truly wonderful! If not, I would not be recommending this practice. I hope the owner reads this and realizes he needs to treat his staff and patients kindly and friendly, regardless of how busy or stressed he is! Thank you for reading this!

Ive spend my life dreading the dentist. For the past 15 years or so Ive avoided the dentist like the plague. A family friend referred me to Dr. Dawna, and im so happy I went. I had no idea going to the dentist could be a pleasurable experience. Clean facility, nice, helpful staff. I was quoted about 18 grand to get ym smile into shape elsewhere, at Kowalski dental i was able to get amazing results for a small fraction of that. I cant say enough good things about this place, Dr Dawna saved my smile! :D

Ive been going to Dr. Kowalskis office in Beverly since 2007, and highly recommend them. Every visit goes smoothly, and theyve never tried to push work onto me that wasnt truly needed (something that happens all the time at those big dental chains). Their office staff also run a tight ship and are very friendly. As long as I live on the North Shore, Ill be going here.
