Dr. Aponte seemed like an OK DR not too bad...Her office staff is terrible...they will lie to you about whether they have your records or not...Tell you that they sent from them from another doctor and the other doctor states they have sent them and they were received...So I drop them and go to a new Dr.and they even gave that office staff an issue...They held up my surgery twice with their record and office issues...PLEASE save yourself time and do not see these doctors.. Dr Aponte and Dr Mey because both of their staff sucks...too bad both Dr.s are ok too they just need to organize their office and clean some house with new staff

Wait 2 hours to be seen. Another doctor came in and started the exam mistaking me for someone else. Seen by medical student more than Dr. Rivera. Need paper work filed and Rivera refused. Had to PAY my pain specialist to fill out the paperwork. I will be finding another primary care doctor!!!

It is IMPOSSIBLE to get refills, it is absolutely impossible. I cant do it anymore.
