Dr. EPSTEIN is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough in my care. He does not rush you and gives you the time to address all of your health care issues. His nursing staff is also great and very professional. They are very polite and return your calls promptly even though they are extremely busy at the Broadway Health Center. I have been seeing Dr. EPSTEIN for over 10 years and have nothing but the best to say for his and the staffs care. Thank you very much Dr. and I look forward to many more 8of wonderful and continued excellent care

The other review here is not about Dr. Epstein but the Broadway Health Center in general! Dr. Epstein is great, very gentle and understanding. Knowledgeable and thorough. For the record, I have never had problems with the Broadway Health Center. I think they are very convenient and professional. I also go there for my daughter for pediatrics and have had a great experience.

Waiting to see a doctor-HORRIBLE Waiting to speak to someone who speaks English- HORRIBLE Waiting for a call back from a doctor-NEVER HAPPENS The nurses are rude and never call you back and when you called them back becasue you have a issue and give you attitude. I give this office 2 thumbs down. Cambridge Health Alliance should close this office
