We decided to try a new vet closer to home (our normal office is much further away). Marion Animal Hospital was definitely not the right way to go. The vet spoke very broken english and couldnt understand the questions we were asking. Her answers were just repeats of things she had already said (none of which answered any of my questions). We were told we would not get charged an exam fee for my 2nd dog (since she was never actually examined) and they charged it anyway. The total bill was more than double what they had quoted us ahead of time. The staff was friendly but not that great with my dogs, when it was time to draw blood from my husky they had 3 additional people in the room which only made her more scared. Also, if im paying top-knotch prices it would be nice to see decor and equipment made after 1970. Ill take the longer drive and stick to my further away vet (Chase Farm in Dartmouth) where they are friendly and helpful.

I am apalled at "Kristis" review! The "broken English" was of a vet who can be held in such high regard as an Angel, here on Earth. She went to extreme lengths for my mothers cat. Even provided Holistic remedies and various other treatments at NO charge. I will not put the doctors name here, but what does a persons English have to do with the treatment, compassion, professionalism and kind-heartedness that this vet puts into her work? She is amazing! And those of you that are curious, Im not certain of the doctors true ethnicity, but I believe she is Asian. She is extremely wise and cares for others pets as though they were members of her OWN family. Dont pass this vet up, check your prejudiceness at the door and do whats best for the pet you love. Call Marion Animal Hospital.

I took both my dogs there a few days ago for shots and again I was treated very courteous and friendly. The doctor was great and very good with my animals as were the staff. I would recommend Marion Animal Hospital to anyone I know. I have friends coming down from NY soon and I will definitely recommend they use your facility. I am returning this month for a booster for both of my dogs and a grooming for one and again I know I will be treated well.

I just want to write a quick glowing review for the new management at the Marion Animal Hospital. I went in this morning because Ive been concerned about my bichons weird, mopey behavior. Dr. Francis was really nice and listened to all my concerns - she was very knowledgeable and I cant recommend her enough.

From my personal experience Marion Animal Hospital is the very best! Professional, knowledgeable and total compassion makes this practice the best around the area.
