My daughter absolutely despises the doctor, so when I was bringing my 2 1/2 yr old to her first dental appointment I was preparing for the worst. Not only when you drive up to this building it is colorful and kid friendly, but they have a huge play area, a mini movie theater, and a game room for the older kids inside. She was already in kid heaven. When we got upstairs she started to cry a little and the dental assistant intantly got her to stop by giving her an Elmo toothbrush and tooth paste set. Just the way the staff interacted with her, the way they were talking with her, counting her teeth, letting her touch and feel the tools before they put anything in her mouth. I couldnt believe they did a whole exam, cleaning, and flouride treatment on my daughter. These wonderful people are AMAZING! I will never bring her anywhere else. And to top it off she got a prize and princess crown for her "beautiful princess teeth" they worked on.

We love this practice. I am not one for flashy mainstream media and wasnt sure if this practice would be a good fit (the inside is very bright, video games, movie theatre, kid themed from top to bottom) but a friend highly recommended them. My 3 year old daughter had had a horrible experience with RI Monthlys TOP Pediatric dentist and I was looking to erase that experience, knowing how important dentistry is. I explained our previous bad experience and our first visit was Dr P counting her teeth, the 2nd was a cleaning and he did a filling with no meds, I was in the background. By the 3rd appointment I was able to wait downstairs and she felt safe to continue. Shes now eight and has not forgotten her first 3yr old experience with the RI dentist, but she LOVES Dr P and she loves taking care of her teeth. I find the dentists and nurses to be very personable, present, and full of suggestions. The staff is always nice.

Dr. N is fantastic. The entire process from the initial consultation through regular check-ins and getting the braces off is smooth and well-run. He is easy to talk to, explaining the science and any issues so that a layman can understand. Dr. N shoots straight and does not recommend unnecessary procedures. The staff is courteous and facilities are clean. I have two more children that will need braces and I will definitely be taking them here.

We have been here with both of our girls (ages 1 and 4.5). They are fabulous with them. They really take the time to make sure it is a positive experience and not scary. Its bright and cheerful. Dr. Derek did fillings for my 4.5 year old and he was awesome. Interacted with my oldest and made her feel comfortable and not at all scared. I highly recommend this place.

Tolerated due to convenience with times and kids liking the games in waiting room. Customer service- well, there is none. I dont think a hygienist has ever introduced them-self, and the desk staff often appear annoyed when checking in for appointments. The lack of respect for privacy is when i decided not to go back.

My son had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Nogueira. He had to get a palate expander and was made to feel comfortable at each visit. Would recommend the practice to friends and family.

Absolutely love this dental facility for my child. Every experience has been great, which makes it worth the 1 hour drive every 6 months.
