Our family has been patients of Dr. Steve since he practiced in Ferndale. In short and without doubt, "Dr. Steve" is by far the finest MD I have ever had in my life. Not only a brilliant physician, I find him extremely compassionate, an exceptional communicator and great listener, while at the same time extremely funny and light-hearted. And most importantly, both he and his staff are excellent on follow-up phone calls and admin responsibilities. He is one doc that when he says he will call you he will call, and he always returns my calls.

I was referred to Kallabat by my OB-GYN for my annual physical. The experience at the doctor was very rushed. I explained some issues I was having and the only suggestion he provided he didnt pass on to the people at the front desk. I then recieved a bill in the mail for different services. When I followed up, my visit was marked at something else, they couldnt find my file and the information that came up was something he didnt even explain to me. I will never return to this doctor again. Seems like their in it for a quick $$.

I am a dentist so I am pretty particular about my health care provider he/she must practice like I do or they will not see me again. Dr kallabat is the perfect physician. Here is why.... 1. He saw me on time 2. Staff very friendly and made me feel very comfortable 3. He listens. Did not feel like he was rushed. 4. He explains things very throughly so even a layperson can understand 5. Nice clean office. Will be bringing whole family

My family followed Dr. Kallabat from his Ferndale practice. He is a GREAT doctor, that not only listens and actually HEARS what we are saying to him, but he is also a kind man who clearly and genuinely cares for each of his patients. Now with the changes to his office staff, this is even a better office to deal with.

Great doctor, some of his office staff suck though. Most of them are nice, but theres one woman with dark hair whose name I cant remember; shes aggravating. Incredibly aggravating. Honestly shes the only thing Id change about the practice if it were up to me.

Ive been going to Dr. Kallabat for 10 years. I can say that not only is he one of the best doctors Ive ever encountered hes a genuinely good caring person who cares about his patients and their well being.I would highly recommend to adults and children.
