After being a patient of Dr. Stryks for many years, I had a disturbing encounter with the office manager yesterday (1/20/15). Apparently the office phone lines have been out since the office carpet was replaced several days ago. I have been trying to call, fax, and email the office for over a week, and I was describing my difficulty to the receptionist. The office manager, Jackie Arzooyan, came out into the waiting area and immediately reacted very defensivly. She told me that they dont have email because its not HIPPA compliant (despite their having an online appointment form right on their website). When I tried to explain how I had had trouble getting through the previous week before their interior renovations, she interrupted me and said very rudely that the office renovations had damaged their phone system. I asked her to please not be so defensive and let me finish, because I was talking about trying to call BEFORE the renovations started, but she interrupted me again and told me that I was being offensive and that I should leave immediately. She then went back into the back part of the office and I stood in the waiting area stunned. I left a message for Dr. Stryk to call me to discuss this, but more than 24 hours later, I havent heard from him. Although the receptionist was extremely conciliatory and allowed me to leave a message for my doctor, I will be finding another practice here in Canton. No matter how stressful your job is, if youre an office manager, you should be able to listen to your patients without ordering them to leave.

Never go here. Never. First, they werent able to do anything for us and were rude about it. Ok whatever. Some people are just rude. But guess what happens next - they mail me a bill and then I make the payment on November 16th. I have this on record through my credit card. Now, on December 13th, they contact a Debt Collector and claim I have not paid the bill. Add debt collector fees and want me to pay that too. Well tried guys. Stay away from these people - their service isnt great, and then they keep look for ways to make more money off you.

I highly recommend this practice for allergies. The doctors are very thorough, knowledgeable, and clear with the course of treatment. I do not feel like "just another patient" when I go, the doctors, nurses, and office staff are familiar with my allergy issues. The nurses are very respectful and know what works for my shots to make them more comfortable. The office staff have always been polite and organized with my information. If you are looking for an allergy clinic that has high standards, this is the place.

They did not inform me about my deductible what so ever and a week later i got a huge bill in the mail.
