I have finally had enough and will absolutely be looking for a new office. It is a shame because I do really like the Doctors, but as previous reviewers have shared the front desk is AWFUL. Every time I have called to ask a question (it is usually the same woman who answers the phone) she responds as if I am inconveniencing her day. More than that, I can tell that she is never sure of the information she gives and it sounds very much like she just makes up her own rules. My mother had to take him in last week for pink eye and he ended up having two ear infections. Long story short, I just left my job and started a new one so when she took him in (still being in June) my old jobs insurance covered him. I have insurance through my new job but dont have the information just yet. I called in not expecting anything free, but just asked if it were possible to bill me for the visit so my mom didnt have to pay $80 out of her pocket. She spoke to me like what I was asking was unreasonable, like she was personally offended? She says "Well no, if we cant bill the insurance the visit has to be paid up front". I was flabbergasted. She could have given me the same information in a kind way and although I would still be in a tight spot, this review would not exist. Ready for the icing on the cake? I called my mom to let her know the situation and she said not to worry she would pay them. I called back and asked them to send his records with her (why else would I be asking if not to find another office?) and the same gal answers and was so enthusiastic to honor my request. I felt like she was saying "go ahead and leave, we dont need your business". To reiterate - the Doctors are amazing. If you can handle blatant rudeness and belittlement from the front desk then id give them a chance.

The Drs are seems to be good and AWESOME, but the receptionist and stuff is HORRIBLE and unprofessional. I had question about the billing; question, was why I am receiving the bills after 2 year of service? Why don’t I get bills regularly? However, Lady on phone instead of looking in this and explaining me, just she went on me that might not have paid it or you should talk to billing department, than I called there billing department – told me I should talk to DR’s office. I never got the answer. It never went anywhere. It was not like that; I do not want to pay. Just, I wanted to understand what issue with billing system and why I am not getting bill regularly I am still getting bills from previous years, which are all over. I would have given them a 5star.

How funny, I came here to write a review and see that the last review is echoing my exact sentiment. Both doctors are amazing, as is the nurse practitioner weve seen on occasion. BUT the front desk is always rude and combative. Theyre unhelpful and always seem to let out an exasperated sigh every time I ask for help with something - as if we werent paying hundreds of dollars for medical service. They always seem so inconvenienced to work with you. Theyve become such a barrier to the good medical service offered by the doctors, that were now looking to move both children to another provider. Sorry to both Dr. Maliks, you were excellent, but enough is enough...

Facility is clean and New. However, there is almost always long waiting time, and the Wife doctor not the best by any means. I felt that vaccination could have been much more gentle. As parents, we look for caring and gentle hands for our kids, and i was very disappointed more than once. Overall, this is not the best place. The only reason Ive been taking my child there is because Dr. Baqr Malik seemed to have good experience, but I will be moving to a different pediatric facility that is more professional with experienced nurses and consistent doctor.

The Drs are AWESOME, but the receptionist is HORRIBLE and unprofessional. I asked her about my son and she said "I dont know" (with a attitude). When I asked her to ask the doctor or look in his chart she huffed and puff! If she wasnt there I would give them a 5star. I hate calling when Im worried about my son because I can never get a clear answer.

doctor Malik is awesome he has been my sons pediatrician since he was born,over all great experience always clean, the nurses are always nice and the new place is really nice
