I have been going to this office since the birth of my son in January 2015. I first chose the office due to a recommendation and the convenience of the location. In the past 8 months, my dislike for this office has grown. Today was the last straw. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, and my son and I were the only ones in the waiting room. After being escorted to the exam room, I waited for 45 minutes before I walked out of the room (at this point, my child is pretty close to being hysterical, as he has a cold as well) when I told the receptionist I would call to reschedule, as I cant wait any longer, I didnt even get an apology. This is the 4th time Ive had an extremely long wait. The time before this was for a sick visit, and again, my son and I waited in reception for an hour and a half before even being called back to the exam room. Then we waited an additional 40 before the Dr even came into our exam room. Now lets get to the Dr. Hes very quick, and makes you feel as though hes in a rush; and your questions regarding the care and development of your child are almost an annoyance to him. He doesnt even ask how youre doing, or make small talk. Thats odd to me. The assistants are typically inconsiderate and rude. Every time I take my son there, I feel as though Im inconveniencing them. I will no longer be retiring to this office.

We always had to wait 30+ minutes to be taken back after our appointment times and then wait another 30+ minutes for him to come spend 5 minutes total for both of my kids. I took one of my daughters in for suture removal and his PA did it. A few hours after I got home I had to change her band-aid only to see that half of the sutures are still in! I text him and called him, no response. I left a voicemail at the office, no response. I ended up having to take her somewhere else to get them out. This was my second experience with no call back. I had to call 3 times to get a referral to a specialist because he forgot during our 5 minute visit to give it to us. I told the office manager not to charge my insurance for the suture removal and they did, and now they are trying to collect my copay. I called and complained to blue cross because they wont be getting a penny from me for that visit. When I informed the manager of the problem, she said "well I dont know what to tell you, I cant make him return messages." She didnt even apologize for the fact that I had to take off work to take her somewhere else and pay for an urgent care visit to do what they should have already done. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Unprofessional and inconsiderate!!! I had an appointment for my 5 month old son at 2:00 PM. I received a call from their office around noon on the day of the appointment because they had to reschedule me for 3:00 PM that same day. I agreed to reschedule and showed up 10 minutes early.the nurse called us to our room where we were told the Dr. Was still not there so we would have to wait or reschedule. The nurse told me he wouldnt be more than 30 minutes. I waited for over an hour and when i walked out to see what was going on, i was told he was still not there and they didnt know when he would be nor why he wasnt there. Needless to say, i will not be going back there.

Weve been taking our kids to see Dr. Todd for more than 9 years. Both he and Dr. Kat are great, acting silly when needed to make the kids feel comfortable. Weve known from day one that our kids health & well being are their number one priority. Occasionally there is a wait, just like youd find at any other doctors office. The office staff has always been friendly, professional and courteous, willing to accommodate short notice appointments when possible. We have recommended Dr. Todds Pediatrics to numerous friends & family over the years and will continue to do so. (Go Blue!)

This was one of the worst experiences i have had. Waited a hour in waiting room 30 minutes in room and had enough as i watched doctor walk into another room. And left at that point. Would never ever go back there or recommend that any one go there! What a joke

The staff is absolutely lovely. You can tell they are all committed to childrens wellbeing. Dr. Kat and Dr. Todd are both very professional and friendly. I would recommend 10/10 times.

The only doctor I actually really like there is Dr. Todd ... He is an amazing doctor and legitimately cares about the kids. First doctor to talk to me and not down to me.
